Consistently good food. Plenty of bar and booth seating. Service can be slow at times, but not bad. 1/2 off wings on Tuesday is one of the best deals in town. Surprisingly excellent burgers too

Absolutely poor. Only one waitress for the entire floor. Took 15 minutes to get our drink order. The waitress didn’t even come take our order, she sent a guy who perceives to have no clue what he’s doing. Another five minutes went by and the waitress came and took our order so now we’re 20 minutes in… another 10 minutes go by before we got our drinks. My son and I left at the 40 minute mark and we still had no food. My wife stayed behind to be polite and ask for the food to go. I don’t know if it’s Poor management, poor customer service or what but I will never go back to Buffalo Wild Wings again. Food quality is equivalent to fast food at best. BWW has really tanked since they sold to the Arby’s chain. 5 pm and there was 4 tables in there, we were one of the 4. Ain’t no way that place is going to survive without an intervention. My wife sent me these pics 15 minutes after we left.

This was a takeout order so I can’t really comment too much on the environment but the service was good as far as getting the food ready everything was there. My husband said that the boneless wings are the best he’s ever had. I didn’t eat any of it. Since it’s a takeout order, they just put your order on a shelf and it’s pretty much walk in and grab your bag. Nobody really welcomed me or even acknowledged me. But it was packed up appropriately with what we needed. I’m going to highly recommend this due to my husband saying it was so good.

My very first time ordering & eating from Buffalo Wild Wings. I ordered the Cobb salad.. the top of it was great! BUT the rest was very disappointing. The wings were chewy (complaint from other person here as well) I paid a little over $15 for the salad, and expected a better salad to be honest. The delivery drive (Patrick) was very nice and right on time (to the exact minute!) I probably won’t eat here again.

Buffalo Wild Wings in Johnson City is probably one of the only places you can get food after 10:30 PM in the city. They have a few vegetarian options, although they seem to be a bit high in calories. However, the food is very tasty, and the service is excellent. The beer selection is amazing.
Vegetarians can enjoy options such as cauliflower wings, french fries, cheese curds, and a delicious black bean burger, which takes a while to make. I believe they also have some flatbread. The salad was just iceberg lettuce, and I would have appreciated a more spinach-based option, but I realize this is a national chain with standards. The staff were very nice, and where else can you get food in the city after 10:30 PM? I was very happy with that, and as I mentioned, the beer selection is excellent.

Today was our first time in. Great service from ‘Dillon’ at lunch. Friendly hostess was attentive to the door. Table was very clean.
We were impressed with the menu options, especially the lunch features that save $4.50 off the regular menu prices, as they include your drink.
Hubby had a Buffalo Ranch chicken wrap. He said it didn’t have much flavor but Dillon quickly checked on us and brought him extra sauce. His fries looked wonderful but had been sitting too long. The Medium sauce was VERY TASTY!
My tenders were crispy and tender. Their Nashville hot sauce is not like anything I ever ate in Nashville, so I’m still searching the Tri-Cities for traditional Nashville Hot. It’s a good sauce, but vinegar/bbq flavored. My tater tots were freshly fried and delicious. Cannot complain about portion sizes, either.
Wasn’t too cold on a warm day, quite comfortable. And the sound level was appreciated–appropriate for the number of customers. No idea at all why this place was not packed for lunch.
We’ll be back! (Didn’t take the picture until I had already chowed down one tender and a few tots!)

This is the worst location I’ve been in. The food is poor quality & Mgmt should be replaced. After 3 separate food & service issues. I finally called Corporate Guest Relations. She was very apologetic and assured me the GM of that location would be in contact. After a week of no response, I again called corporate. She informed me the GM had closed out the complaint with no resolution. She said “he doesn’t feel your complaint is justified or needs a response.” After being a senior VP my entire career I have never seen management of a corporation behaving this manner!. She apologized & compensated me with rewards. Obviously, this is the reason for their poor reviews! It’s a wonder BWW is still in business!!

This is my all time new favorite place to go in the area! The venue and atmosphere were amazing – I loved the layout and design and offered nice size bar area along with large covered porch – not to mention the views!! Upon entering I was greeted in friendly manner – my friend and I ate lunch at the bar and had an amazing waiter named Leroy – he was friendly, kind, and very attentive plus very knowledgeable about the menu….Lena was on deviled egg duty and can I say she was incredible…we enjoyed watching her work! I have to also add we had a special treat and noticed that Chef Steve personally came out to help prepare our amazing Asian Rice Noodle Salad – which I loved and would totally recommend and get again – all in all my experience was a 10 and I can’t wait to be in town and experience again

Walked in, waited 10 minutes to be seated. The place was dead – only like 4 other people. Sat down and spent another 10-15 minutes just sitting there. Nobody came to even acknowledge us or get our drinks. Plenty of staff walking around. After like 20 minutes we just got up and left. Nobody acknowledged we left. Went to Kickback Jacks and got seated right away. Won’t be coming back.
