Disappointing experience at Starbucks today. Ordered a venti iced matcha latte with extra matcha and was shocked to find my cup filled more with ice than the actual drink. Paid almost $8 for a cup of ice and barely any matcha flavor. Not what I expected, especially considering the extra charge for extra matcha. Would appreciate more attention to drink preparation. I get it’s “iced” but there’s common sense. How are you going to fill any drink with almost ice to the top and not the actual drink?!

My drinks are always correct, tasty and the Dubai chocolate brownie bite has me in a chokehold. So good!! Britney at the drive-thru is the epitome of excellent customer service. From her sweet voice on the speaker to her gleaming smile at the window, she is a “breath of fresh air” and I appreciate her and this team/store’s daily efforts because it is so busy and Lake Jackson, TX is way overpopulated for just ONE Starbucks drive-thru.

I’ve had multiple disappointing experiences at this location due to inconsistent management and unclear expectations for staff. The environment feels disorganized, which affects both employee morale and customer service. Issues are handled inconsistently, and communication seems lacking. Well the last 2 times I went here I waited over 25 minutes for my orders . I drive from Houston and stop at this location because it’s down the road from where I work so it was convenient until it’s made me late twice ♂️ ♂️ I really didn’t want to find another coffee spot, but it’s looking like that’s my only solution.

This location is so slow and inefficient. Everyone runs around each other to work on only one cup. Instead, they should maintain their own station and pass the cup to one another. It really slows them down.

Super slow all the time, mixes up orders, bathrooms are always disgusting, like never cleaned. Ordered the Dubai drink and it looked nothing like the picture. Had zero matcha in it. Drive through moves the pay machine whe you try to hit no tip so your finger hits a tip then they pull it away. The TOILETS ARE ALWAYS disgusting and dirty

Had to wait a little bit but was absolutely worth it. Excellent attendant! Nice friendly and courteous. Flowering bushes around the drive through are gorgeous! Made the little wait quite enjoyable. Oh, enjoy the white chocolate mocha and vanilla bean scones too! 🙂
