I expected maybe 2 small slices of bacon and 2 small slices of Avacado (Bacon Avacado Cheeseburger) because typically its minimal. Happy to say, I way underestimated how serious they take their bacon and Avacado. Yes, this is a perfect example how successfully executing a Bacon Avacado Cheeseburger. Worth the price

Burger was great, fries were wack, and the shake was heavy both sweet and chocolate.
Burgers are at $10 any add on’s will cost you up to $30 not even worth it to have some disgusting fries.
Burgers was everything that made this even worth it.
Drive thru line took forever..

Most disappointed I’ve been in a Shake Shack. Ordered the K-Shack Fried Chicken Sandwich and was met with more bun than chicken. Looked nothing like the photo which showed plenty of kimchi on a reasonable portion of chicken. Immediately was disappointed upon receiving the sandwich which looked deflated.

Looks like a very clean place very loud place. They seem to be overwhelmed.
We had the hamburgers and they were good. The cheeseburger was good. The french fries were OK.
As other people have said, it’s very slow Service in here. And the food does seem to be pretty expensive.

They were crazy busy and everybody was working as a team, with a smile, rushing around to get all the orders out. Communication was good, even with the crowd addressed when customers came in, were quick to answer questions and check on orders. Who ever the night shift manager is, they need a huge kudos! You can tell the employees are treated and trained well to work under pressure like this. I was very impressed. The Burger was great. The fries were a little cold, I walked up to let them know, immediately they just grabbed me another hot order and apologized.

Ordered the K-Shack Fried Chicken Sandwich with the Gochujang glaze, but received a plain fried chicken by mistake. It’s frustrating because the sauce is the whole reason I ordered this specific menu. Please double-check the orders before they go out for pick-up!”

(Update: The food finally arrived, 59 minutes after ordering. The burger was sloppy, but good.)
I’ve been waiting here over half an hour, and apparently there are people here who have been waiting over an hour. My husband tried to cancel our order but the manager went away. So, we either wait indefinitely or consider the almost $40 for our order lost. To make matters worse, the text alert asking us to rate our food seem to imply they think we have our food already. We’d ask for clarification but there’s no one available to talk to.
I will update this review if/when we get our food, which is seeming less likely the more I sit here and see how frustrated everyone else is.

My smokestack burger was good but greasy. My wife made hers open face as the bun had soaked up all the grease and was not edible. Parmesan fries were good. A bit spendy

I’d never had Shake Shack before. I moved to this area for a job, and after doing so, I’ve had the opportunity to eat at this wonderful establishment. I took my wonderful fiancée here, and she absolutely loved it. So much that, when I ride by on the bus, I literally say, “Look, babe, it’s Shake Shack! When you’re here again, you can eat there with me.” But beware, most of their really cool burgers cycle. So if you like something there, just eat it until you explode.

The restaurant on a slow, rainy Sunday morning, is filthy. As soon as you arrive, the parking lot is full of trash. Gross. It gets worse when you go inside, dirty tables, overflowing garbage cans, sticky floors, and just look at the window sill — this is weeks worth of grime buildup — the health department needs to pay a visit. The manager of this restaurant needs to be fired. When I pay $20 for a single burger and fries, I deserve better. Goodbye Shake Shack, I’ll fondly remember the days when you cared.
