This was our first time trying this place out. I was very impressed with the inside, gives a very warming and welcoming atmosphere. The place is very well kept. Service was spectacular, drinks were amazing and the food was incredible. For a restaurant in Virginia, I felt the place was very reasonably priced. I would 100% recommend. Looking forward to going back and bringing some friends to share the experience with.

I attended today’s Thanksgiving buffet and greatly enjoyed my experience. We got off to a rocky start because my server didn’t realize I was at a table that he was taking care of. Another server stepped in and took over and did a wonderful job. My first server did come by to apologize and explained how the chit system for assignments confused him. He stopped by a few other times to make sure my lunch was going well. I received a comp beverage for this, which wasn’t necessary, but appreciated.
This Thanksgiving buffet was delicious! I began with the roasted butternut squash soup, nicely seasoned and a great starter. I then went for the turkey and standard Thanksgiving plate, but included a conchiglioni florentine to sample. Everything was nicely seasoned, not overpowering and not at all avant-garde like some places like to be. I don’t know what the sweet tea brine was supposed to accomplish, but the turkey was moist and meaty. Rosemary cider pan gravy complimented everything. Cornbread stuffing- enough said. Well done standards are okay on holidays!
The pumpkin pie cheesecake was an absolute dream and I teased myself and the server about going back for a second piece, but that would have just been gluttony. I finished my lunch with their house Old Fashioned, which was a great drink, especially after experiencing a chain restaurant’s pre-mix two days ago.
Management was present working the dining room, checking on guest experiences and not afraid to pull a few plates off the tables. Overall the staff was working very well together for such a busy day. Nicely decorated dining room with a few retro colors thrown in, comfortable seats, and the right volume on music. While I thought the member price was right, I would not have attended as a guest, especially since non-alcoholic drinks were not included in the price.

What a GREAT experience! Loved the menu options, the friendly and professional staff, the dining room atmosphere and the food was PHENOMENAL!
Fun woodwork on the ceiling, artwork on the walls, and cozy lakeside overlook seating on the patio. There’s a small gift shop and lounge area before you enter the dining room. The dining area has bar seating with a big screen TV.
My friend and I shared the tempura shrimp for a starter. Absolutely delicious!
The Butter Chardonnay was a perfect pairing with the meal.
I ordered the lemon rosemary chicken and she ordered the steak and frites. Both were well-prepared and well-presented and, of course savory and extremely flavorful, cooked just right. The steak was melt-in-your-mouth perfect.
Prices are good for quality food, but still affordable for fine dining in a casual setting. $20-35/plate, on average.
This place is hopping, so be sure to book a reservation before coming in!

Food was delicious, service was one of the best I’ve ever had in my life. Place was crazy busy, wedding going on. We were warned that the grill was busy. We waited a while for the main course, but several of the staff kept us informed about how much longer on our food. When the food was brought to the table, we were informed that we would receive a few dessert because of our patience. My husband’s coffee was also comped! I really can’t adequately tell how kind and friendly the staff were.

Just let me say, there was 17 people in our party and we had one of the best servers I have had in a long time. She made sure every request was taken care of. Jessie I want to thank you for a great experience. Your costumer service is unpredident. We will definitely be calling ahead next time to make sure you will be there. If you visit 117 you should definitely request a young lady by the name of Jessie. One more thing Happy Birthday to you.

Service and atmosphere were amazing! Beautiful view and perfect place for a date lunch. Took off 1 star as I felt the pizza was supposed to be like pizza and less of a salad. I felt they added lots of toppings making that slice to fall on one side when eating which also indicates that the crust was uneven as it was not able to hold all the toppings together. The dessert was simply delicious. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone!
