This Culver’s is one I will never go to again. I tried them on my way home from an appointment in Dec. My order was not currect and was asked to come back to make it right. I asked for a coupon which I did receive instead. I was able to use my voucher this past Friday when I was back in the area. The ordering process was fine. Food came, my burger once again was missing what should have been on the there the first time back in Dec and now it’s the same issue and a very cold piece of cheese hanging out. So I took it to the counter for a remake. In the meantime my daughter brings me her grilled chicken (she has a gluten allergy, so the chicken comes in its own basket). It’s ICE COLD as in it seems like they just took it out of the cooler and put it on the tray. At this point I get the manager who said yeah I agree this shouldn’t be cold and the kitchen isn’t doing their quality control checks…ya think! I did ask for my entire meal to be comped and it was. I’m glad the manager agreed, however the kitchen is serving cold food that should be hot and their orders are not accurate. Something needs to be changed here!

Went through drive to only get custard today. No HOT food and they parked me. They literally have what looks like 15-20 workers, half of them standing around talking to each other but you got to park someone that should’ve been one of the easiest customers. When I tell her at the window that she’s got to be kidding about parking me for custard, she proceeds to talk crap to another worker about me while the window is still open. This Culver’s is the worst. Rude kids working with zero customer service skills, zero smiles and everything takes twice as long to get done. My last food order I ordered online 20 minutes early, got there and still waited another 15 minutes for my food. Only thing decent about my trip there today was the kid that brought my order out 5-10 minutes later. At least he said have a good night. YIKES, do better!! This was the order that took 10 plus minutes to make.

My husband placed an order thru the drive thru. Along with the food he ordered 2 dished of Chocolate ice-cream. The order was brought out. He was handed the ice-cream then the food. When he got home he realized the ice-cream had some vanilla in the center and some dark specks. I called to let them know they gave us the wrong ice-cream. I was told it was the flavor of the day and it also has Carmel in it. There was no im sorry. I said they need to be more careful as someone could be allergic to something in there. She kind of chuckled and said we’ll I’ll tell my manager. No I’m sorry how can we fix it. So maybe her manager will like to know how much they mess up.
I guess if you enter one complaint you can’t enter another. So I will just add new information new complaint. I call to complaint about a different order. I’m sorry I don’t remember the details. I spoke the the manager are gardening the error with my order. After our discussion she was going to have someone key word her someone send me some coupons in the mail. That was over two weeks ago. Either someone at the post office enjoyed the because t h e they showed up in my email from the post office. But I bet they were never sent. Don’t promise something if you have no plan to deliver. When I was talking to her I wanted to call her out as this is the 2nd time I was promised coupons

Good food, freshly made, courteous staff. They do, during rush dinner hour, get backed up – both inside and drive-thru. Congrats to this location on having a diverse staff- good to see. Great custard options – Snickers Concrete mixer is my favorite! Good burgers – good value with baskets.

Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich with everything except NO mayo and EXTRA pickles and onions to go. Waited about 15 minutes for it. When I got home not only was there NO EXTRA PICKLES-but just ONE and very few onions. Also I counted 12 employees I could see mostly just standing around talking to each other. Culver’s food is just so-so, overpriced and poorly managed.

Awful and crap service. Received a cold burnt cheeseburger around 9:47-9:50pm (they close at 10 and there is no excuse for the quality of food we received) which they really thought was acceptable to serve to someone. the reviews speak for themselves. Love Culver’s but not this location. Completely unacceptable.

Just stopped for ice cream today. 7 younger workers standing around talking while the restaurant area is filthy! Where is the manager? Or are they part of the problem? I’ve never seen it this bad here. Shameful!

This culver’s has the worst service I have ever seen. My food took forever to come out even though i was literally the only person there. Young kids working the registers at night are disrespectful and have a hard time listening as shows when you get your food that is completely made wrong. Just skip this place all together and take the longer drive to Kopps. Way better service and food there. My burgers from my most recent experience looked like someone sat on them. Will not be back.

I like the food here but the internet hasnt been working for maybe a month or longer- it lets you log in but then it doesnt work. I go to several other nearby locations for culvers and never have internet issues at any other location.

Not sure why I tried to eat here again. Received terrible quality food and it wasn’t cheap. My salad wasn’t brought out with all of my food. I had to wait for that. When I was finally brought out to me it was carried out sideways and upside down. The chicken on the salad wasn’t hot or cold. I’m done giving this location business.
