I’ve always had a pretty good experience at this location, noting to complain about. The food is good, service has alway been alright. It can be busy but they seem to handle it well. I do not like the parking lot, very busy and can be hard to find a spot. Also the construction on the road is really annoying.

Panda Express is a pretty decent place to eat, obviously there are some health conscious options, however most of it although not horrible for your health is probably not the best for you. That being said the food is almost always really well flavored and cooked appropriately, the staff is always very nice and it’s been awhile but I believe they still allow you to try some of the food prior to selecting what you want to eat. The beverage options are not so great, I believe they have like seven to twelve different options. I normally get mine to go and select my drink of choice at a different location like a gas station or home.

Generally a good experience punctuated with a horrendous the last time I went through the line. Had assumed they could get my order of teriyaki chicken, correct but instead they put in some kind of spicy chicken with peanuts and we have peanut allergies in our family. I am partially to blame for this since I took my eyes off one of our orders… but still…

It’s panda. Massive portions, affordable. This location never disappoints. Happy Lunar New Year!

For me, it’s one of the best Panda restaurants in Salt Lake City in terms of service. The staff are always smiling and very attentive. The food is always fresh and tasty. The only area for improvement is cleanliness. I believe it is difficult and overwhelming for the same person to serve customers and rush to clean tables and collect trash, not to mention that it is not very hygienic for a person to handle your food after collecting trash. But this is a problem in all Panda restaurants, which need to improve for better customer service and employee health. I really like this location.

This location is clean and eating space is sufficient. It can get busy or crowded though on meal times. One time, I came in 730pm and I’m the only customer. The crew took my order but I got stuck at the cashier cause I think everyone’s busy working in online order till someone from the kitchen reminded them to cash me out. I didn’t mind it at first cause I wasn’t too hungry but maybe they didn’t have a Manager on duty since no one seems to manage the traffic. Right after I sat down, people started coming in and a line of at least 15 customers are on pile so I think crews were a bit slow. I know there were at least 4 crews behind the counter, so that’s interesting.

Came in today 11/18/25 at 2:40pm and literally had the best panda I have ever tasted in my whole life. This was cooked to perfection. Just wanted to get on and show some love. Literally after my first bite.

If you order pickup, just check the food before you leave cause what the hell lol I don’t know if they only read “rice” and the “orange chicken” but like come on man The chicken was good at least

The #1 filthiest Panda Express I have ever been to visit. Makes my stomach turn thinking if the lobby is this bad, what is the kitchen like? I was in this location at June 5th, 3 PM, hardly anyone dining, I counted three tables occupied besides mine. Both trash bins overloaded with trash, the whole Eastern wall of booths and tables dirty as could be, soda spilled all over the seat of one of the booths. The floor looked like it had not been mopped for several days. Both indoor trash bins over-running. Where’s the coveted $77K manager when it comes to cleanliness to customers and staff? Lazy people work here!

Bathroom was absolutely disgusting, ruined my appetite, won’t be posting photos of that for all of your sake. My low mein was mostly veggies, and my sweet fire chicken had 2 pieces of chicken, my plate was mostly onions. I’ve never experienced anything like this at a panda, and I’ve seen pretty bad.
