I was hoping I could upload the video. I came in at 8:45 Google say they close at 10 o’clock. Talk to the cashier she said they close at 9 o’clock. So I told her I would be dining in Is that OK? She says yes. Waited for no more than six minutes for my food. So now at 10:05 the manager tells me I have to leave they are closing. Not only me but more customers. In the picture, they are telling these two that they have to leave. They told someone before them they left. I understand that everyone has had a rough day and it’s time to go home but to tell your patriot they have to leave. This is not a good practice and customer care. So now I have to get the food I haven’t ate and walk out and go sit in my car and eat. Never been through this at any other Chick-fil-A. Wish I could upload the video so you can hear her telling me that I have to leave. And one of the managers named Branden says They have a grace period For customers to be in the store after hours. No bad reviews on the food, but that was a head Turner

One of the worst chick fil a in the area I’ve been to. They always treat me with bad customer service, I have given them so many chances but when I do come back I always regret it. Won’t be back anytime soon though… Please do better. And it’s always the same girl that looks Peruvian. They neverr give me her name.

This second time I had worst customer service at this location, previous one was when we dine in with family; this time it’s drive through. Both occasions, serving team is rude, discriminatory and no sense of help. I don’t recommend this location to any of my family or friends. This needs a whole team change or closing instead of ruining the reputation of Chick-fil-A!

Used to be great for years. Fool me once shame on me, fool me twice shame on you. The last two experiences the lettuce in the salad was old and welted. And the last time they forgot a whole meal. Would have been nice to eat my food with my family, but maybe next time. I would expect this from another fast food place, but I’ll have to be checking my meals from here for now on.

My recent experience with Chick-fil-A’s delivery service left a lot to be desired, plunging my anticipation into a well of disappointment. Anticipating a cozy evening complemented by what many tout as top-tier fast food, I placed an order that included two large fries, among other items. To my dismay, what arrived was a shadow of expectation: both containers of fries were less than half-full, a sight that immediately soured my mood and hunger.

In hopes of rectifying this oversight, I reached out to Chick-fil-A directly, expecting the renowned customer service they pride themselves on. However, I was met with a redirecting finger pointed towards DoorDash. Disheartened but not defeated, I contacted DoorDash, clinging to a hope for some form of compensation or at least acknowledgment of this mishap. Regrettably, my hopes were dashed as well, with no offer of compensation or a satisfactory resolution in sight.

This experience has not only left me with a lingering taste of dissatisfaction but also with a profound disappointment in both Chick-fil-A and DoorDash’s handling of my situation. The lack of accountability and customer service from both parties has markedly tarnished my perception of what was once a beloved dining option. It’s disheartening to witness a lapse in quality and customer care from an establishment held in high regard by many.

To future patrons considering Chick-fil-A for their dining needs, especially through delivery services, I implore you to temper your expectations. It seems the quality of service, much like my order of fries, may arrive less than half-full.

Apparently not to par with other Chik-Fil-A’s as literally told by a manager “we are Franchise owned and not all are the same”. Normally extremely happy with good and service. Today part of my order included small fruit cup. Received the one in the photo below and after returning to the drive-thru was told that’s normal and the cups are weighed(see pic of fruit cup on left). After being told they could at first not fix the quantity of what is put in the fruit cup I received, they then offered a refund and offered me a brownie(which defeats the purpose of a fruit cup?). They’ll eventually provided me with the new fruit cup(pictured on right), which is all I really wanted to begin with. Not sure this Franchise Owner knows this is the quality Control that goes on at this location, but as regular Chik-Fil-A goer; will plan to drive to the next one down the street.

Amazing service!
I usually order food from this place, but yesterday morning I accidentally ordered from the wrong location. I showed up and waited about 15 minutes, then the manager kindly came over to check on me. That’s when I realized I was at the wrong spot

He went out of his way to help me cancel the order at the other location (which he didn’t have to do), and another staff member even made me a new order and refused to charge me — even though it was completely my fault

I felt so bad, but they were all so kind, patient, and helpful. Truly above and beyond. Thank you again!

Ok, I don’t know where to start but I will just get to the point, I visited this Chick-fil-A location and was amazed with it’s service. The young lady that took my order was ok with her service, but when I got to the window to pick up my order was another thing. The young lady there had a beautiful smile, she was so kind and I felt loved and cared of for a second she asked if I wanted to make my order as a meal to make it cheaper and I said ofcourse why not. She gave me all her attention to me. I saw her name and it was Lorena. I will definitely come back to this location whenever I am around.
