Me and my wife have been coming in to Davidsons FrostTop since it reopened, and i will have to say the steak bites, potato skins, are fantastic. so far we have yet to have bad food here. I also have had their hamburgers. they let me custom order my hamburger the way I want it. I would recommend stopping in and give them a try. they also have adult drinks which is a nice change. super friendly staff and great atmosphere. we will of course come back.

Very clean and remodeled. Staff is still learning the menu. We tried the fried zucchini spears, they were excellent and crispy, tender on the inside. I had the halibut fish and chip, cooked perfectly, no fishiness. My son had the Jr. Master burger. He said it was delicious. All in all I give it 9 out of 10 for the food. The service needs some work but since their just starting out, I understand. All in all the food has drastically improved from the old Davidson’s. And the inside is modern and clean. Staff is very nice.

Went to order their fish and chips on the menu(cod for just under 17$) but was told they don’t have that and gave us a separate fish and chips menu-
Got the 2 piece meal for 19$ and it came with the smallest pieces of fish ever! One piece was two bites if you make the bites small, the second piece maybe 2.5 bites- fries had no flavor- their homemade coleslaw was dry and wilted-
waitress didn’t have answers to any of our questions, and was rude.
This plate is small-

Went here for breakfast. We waited for about 10 to 15 minutes after being seated for the waitress to come over and get our drink order. The place was not very busy but it still felt like they needed more staff. Our server was very nice. Food came out pretty fast but nothing really special about it. I got the Mexican omelet, it now has chorizo in it which is a nice addition since it never had an included protein before. It was just okay. The hasbrowns were not crispy and more like a mushy potato patty with very little flavor. I stopped coming here when it was Davidson’s because of the long wait times for service and the food had gone downhill. I was excited to try it under new ownership but the problems from before seem to still be an issue. The inside has some nice upgrades done so it is a better atmosphere than before. I do hope this place makes some much needed improvements on staffing and food quality and they are here for many years to come.

We hadn’t been here in years because it used to be incredibly crowded, but we decided to give it another try recently, and we’re glad we did. The atmosphere was so calm and inviting this time around. We had the Big Meat Lovers Scramble ($14.25) and French Toast ($16.50) with a side of savory goodness, along with two coffees ($3.75 each). The French Toast was especially easy to enjoy with its savory side. After our meal, we received a pumpkin pie on the house, which was a gentle delight. Everything was delicious, and the server, who was working alone, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. It completely changed our previous impression—we left feeling very satisfied.

Today, we had the Classic Buttermilk Pancakes with Ham and Eggs ($15.35) and the Blueberry French Crepes ($15.35) with Ice Cream ($1.95), a White Russian ($6.95), and Coffee ($3.75). The crepes were soft and chewy, with plenty of blueberries packed inside. The pancakes were fluffy and large, making for a satisfying meal.

Yes it has been about 35 years since I last visited Davidson’s and that was on Wookstock but the burger was still great. The Master was just ad I remember it. I do miss the Jojos they used to have back then.

This is an excellent breakfast and lunch diner. The create your own omelette with bacon, cheddar, spinach and fresh tomatoes was delicious, along with extra grilled hash browns. I took half to go and just as good warmed up the next day. Davidson’s was a favorite place of my Mom’s, we we’d go together, and she loved the Chinese chicken salad. We went bc of special memories of her, and will return for more.

We were out looking for a place to dine on Mother’s Day. This isn’t the smartest thing to do without a reservation, but here we were. The restaurant across the street was our aim but there was a 45+ minute wait. Not too bad, but we had hungry people. So we saw this place with spaces in the parking lot and no line out the door. It looked a little suspicious, so we looked up the reviews. The most recent review was good, so we ventured in. They were closing by 3:00, so we still had an hour. The waitress was friendly and attentive. I think she was doing everything solo, but she did great. The menu focuses on breakfast fare, and there are some lunch options such as sandwiches and burgers.
The food arrived hot and looked great. No one had complaints. The fries were really good! However, upon ordering, bread options were limited and they were out of sour cream. Ranch dressing worked but it was kind of a bummer not to have it for my Mexican omelet.
Atmosphere flags….. The place appeared clean, but a little dim, our table bucked back and forth and it appeared, as we did, that others had tried to stabilize it. There was a large dead plant visible through the window from outside when you entered. There were bags of potting soil in the entry too. Not a big deal, but it makes you wonder about the upkeep of everything else.
A very nice thing was that they gave all mom’s flowers! Thank you.
