Hi..I just went through Wendy’s drive through..In Lyndon..very fast.
Very friendly..but yet again..they forgot my junior bacon cheeseburger..it may be only a cheeseburger to most…but to my pug George.who is deaf and blind..it was his treat he had patiently been waiting for all day..now he is very sad..I usually check..but should I have too??

I ordered online which doesn’t give you the option to select multiple options for side sauces. When I asked at the window they tried upcharging me for an additional sauce. Im not paying 50 cents more when you don’t even give me the option to have the sauce how I want it. Especially in today’s economy. I’d rather pay the same price for food and go to Chick-fil-A or McDonald’s and not have to pay extra for sauce. That’s so stupid so I had to eat naked fries

Newly renovated! Clean, clean, clean! Service was excellent! New night manager was very pleasant and courteous. Food was fresh, the kids devoured theirs and finished mine. Only item missing is a highchair, but we made due. We will be back!!

We normally have a very good experience here. However on our last visit, we were served by a different cashier who was rude when they messed up our order.
My husband ordered a triple bacon burger, plain. They did not make it plain the first time and she did not seem to understand what plain ment. We told her meat and bun only and she responded “so no bacon?” Which is a meat.
Upon clarifying again they gave us a new burger but it was missing a patty. She was annoyed seeing us return with the second incorrect burger. She asked if we wanted an extra patty and we told her we just wanted the burger we paid for as we paid for an extra patty. She reluctantly took it and gave us another burger. It was correct on the third try.
It was more her attitude than the incorrect food. Mistakes happen. As someone who has worked in food service for over ten years, it’s the employees job to make it right with a good attitude instead of sighing and rolling your eyes. I have been on the other side of the counter for a decade and know how it is and how to handle such a situation. We were polite and respectful about the mistake and expected to be treated with the same attitude back.
Again we normally have a good experience here. It was just this one time. The young girl who usually is at the counter when we pick up food is stellar.
Update: they screwed up my potato, y’all. First time my potato has been wrong ever in my entire life eating Wendy’s. It was the one item I forgot to check. Asked for a cheddar potato add chives. They gave me full on bacon strips, way too much bacon I did not even ask for with barely any cheese. See photo. Removed star for this atrocity.

I frequent this location quite often as I work in the area and I have to say it is easily the best Wendy’s ive ever been to. Quick, always get the order right, good service. You won’t be disappointed

Used to be the best Wendy’s in town a few months ago. New management and employees are horrific. Waited in the store for 40 mins trying to pick up my mobile order…left with no food…they can keep my $16 will never be back. Management needs to be fired.

Just went thru the drive thru, repeated our order several times to ensure is was right. Ordered a triple with no mustard along with a bake potato and an Asiago spicy chicken sandwich which was 25 stinking dollars. Get home and I have a single and two orders of fries and have been calling repeatedly and no one will answer the phone

Im convinced they dont have sugar cookies. I order 5 cookies 3 times and everytime I get chocolate. I cant eat the chocolate ones. Reason I order sugar. But by the time im where I need to be I find out I have wrong cookies and give em to someone else. Come on its not hard. Its even mobile order so you have time to make them!

Just went up there and got food I live right around the corner when I got home all the fries was brick cold. And the forgot my 10 piece nugget but gave me the sauce for it smh… and everytime I try n call I just keep getting a msg saying they are unavailable.. im super disappointed
