When I walked into the store, it took about two minutes for someone to help us at the front register KS#2. I didn’t forgot that I wanted to get my eggs scrambled because folded eggs is too dry and I tried to give the Ladies’s attention and she ignored me and then when I tried to get her attention again, she Barely turned around to address me she turned her neck a little bit to say I’ll be right with you but all she was doing was counting dressing cups, as if she couldn’t waited to do that and address the customer. I attitude seemed very off and wasn’t very pleasant. If a person does not want to come to work with the best attitude, they need to stay at home. Customer, should I have her to receive Service of nasty attitude from anyone especially the workers.

I am currently in the parking lot of this McDonalds while my kiddo eats his breakfast as shown in the pic & had to put a review while it’s still fresh.
Last night i was Here and the employee taking my order was PHENOMENAL, but this morning extremely unprofessional attitude when taking the order (told him it’s my first time ordering breakfast for my kid as he has sensory issues with food). When o got the order, no stirrer and no napkins. Had to go in to grab some and once again, the employee with the same attitude despite me being polite with please and thank you.
I’m so sorry to say this but McDonald’s need to start adhering to the standards of customer service expected for the price we pay.

Horrific. I never go to McDonalds and this is why. I was craving a shamrock shake. Get in the drive thru and they say their shake machine is broken. I had to eat something anyway, so I got a crispy chicken sandwich. Pull forward to the parking lot, your order isn’t ready yet, we will bring it to you. Completely inedible. Rubbery chicken, I had to spit it out. Waste of money and time.

I’d like to give a big compliment to one of your evening shift employees — a kind Latina young lady who usually delivers food to the curbside. I don’t know her name, but she truly stands out for her great attitude and professionalism. She is always smiling, very polite, humble, and welcoming every single time. Her positive energy really makes a difference and makes each visit to this McDonald’s a pleasant experience. Please let her know that her kindness and excellent service are appreciated — she represents McDonald’s in the best way possible!

I refuse to give this franchise my money. Customer service is horrible, I was charged over price for a meal for a breakfast item. I told the employee what I ordered and they continued to make me feel uncomfortable and ignored my request. I feel that customer service is horrible and the staff don’t care about the customers. I hope that they can fix these issues but I recommend not going to this location.

Ordered from inside the restaurant and had to wait a long time. Customers in front of me were waiting over 30 minutes for their food. Watching activities behind the counter, the team appeared to be very dis-organized. Some counter works did not understand when customers had questions/issues. The drive through customers seems to be a priority, but all customers should be. McDonalds use to be very efficient with taking care of customers. What happened to this restaurant.

Work on university Drive between me and the McDonald’s there is one closer to me but I was trying to get the different toys to see if I could collect the whole set so I called two 4040 Germantown Rd. McDonald’s and a man answers and tells me they have number six so that’s the drive-through so I go and while I’m trying to order it the guy on the microphone just doesn’t understand me. He’s giving me a hard time about the toys. I try to tell him that I already spoke to the manager, who told me there was a number six so he tells me to come to the window, but by the time I get to the window, they have a attitude problem and they’re telling me basically to go get in line again after I’ve already sat in line. I’m on my lunch break and only have a few minutes before I have to get back to my job And long story short. The manager was mean to me he was yelling at me. The customers were fussing because I was taking forever in line and they all acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about and then when I got to the third window, they gave me the wrong number toy so I wait to tell him that this is the number he told me and he says that the only one we have ma’am, but the guy in the back already showed me that he had different numbers so he switched that out, but it was still due because of vine and when I ordered my kids meal, I ordered it with extra fries and they chose themselves to give me apples I guess it was a really bad experience. The manager was mean the guy on the window was mean the female manager was annoyed they were openly annoyed with me and all I was trying to do was come and get what they told me they had. I drove out of my way specifically because they told me that Number was there And now I went and spent money on food. I didn’t really want to buy because you have to buy the whole kids meal to get the toy to not even get the toy that I drove out of my way to go get and I was treated horribly there if you want good customer service or your order a specific way I wouldn’t suggest going here

I’ve been going to this McDonald’s for a while now as I’ve lived in the area for around 2 1/2 years or so. I typically hit the drive-thru, but I decided to walk there and go in since it was a nice day and I don’t live super far.

Got there and ordered around 1:10pm, and didn’t get my food until 1:35 pm or so. I was not happy, and then when I got home I discovered that an item was missing (definitely should have checked the bag before I left). I wanted some compensation, at least for the item that was missing, so I called the restaurant.

I spoke to Mr. Mendoza, and he assured me that as long as I brought the receipt within the next 48 hours or so, I would get a refund for the item.

I wasn’t thrilled that I had to go back to the McDonald’s in order to get the money back, but fair enough. When I arrived later in the evening around 8:00 pm, I was immediately helped by a female employee.

I was hungry by that time, so I said that I would be happy with the same item that was missing and I would leave happily. She went above and beyond and gave me the missing item from earlier, a Large fry, along with a vanilla cone as well.

A sour experience mended, and the fries were fresh and hot!

I hate this McDonalds so much. This is the THIRD time I visited and got my order wrong. I didn’t order anything with cheese as I never do but they love to put cheese on just about anything. Don’t y’all want to keep your cheese for someone who actually wants it? I got all the way home only to find out that the HAMBURGER I ordered is a McDouble with all this cheese on it. Not even going to waste my time to travel back up there because usually when I do, I have to go at it with a manager who always has to question ME on why THEIR cooks keeps messing up this order.
