Tonight (3/3/26 at about 6:15p) there was a young lady at the drive through window that gave exceptional service despite the drive through being rather busy so I wanted to take a moment to leave a review to express my gratitude and say I’m impressed. She did not get overwhelmed, she took her time and got my complicated order 100% correct, and was polite. Her work ethic and attitude are admirable, especially at such a young age! I’ve come across many adults who do not perform as well as she did under pressure. Thank you Ellijay Arbys for employing such a kind hard working young lady. I did not catch her name, but she had tattoos and pretty eyeshadow. I hope you express your appreciation for her hard work.

Super slow service. I went inside and was the only customer but still waited almost 10 minutes after ordering for my food. They fixed three on-line orders before even starting mine. The employees were friendly and food was fresh but they need to prioritize in-person over deliveries or on-line pickups.

Let’s just say the fries make or break the meal. I came in and ordered for 2 and my fry carton was 3/4 full and full of pieces and a mixture of both kinds of fries when I ordered curly. Then our gyros had little to no sauce, guess you have to ask for extra to get your money’s worth for what fast food charges. One more thing I won’t be thanking you for bringing the fried turkey sandwich back when I taste more mayo then meat. Maybe the cook needs re training? NO DESIRE TO COME BACK AFTER THAT EFFORT TO MAKE OUR MEAL.

Currently at arbys in ellijay at 8:27 on Wednesday night. Dining room is locked but hours posted indicate the dining room closes at 10.

Normally it’s good but this last time I had to ask for new fries because the first batch I got was cold, and my chicken sandwich was dry. Over $11 for the combo. Ridiculous.

I hit the drive-thru once every so often for a market for sandwich with no sauce. Turkey lettuce bacon and wheat bread. Pretty healthy and a sandwich is always fresh. No complaints it’s good. Staff is always courteous through the drive-thru. I don’t go in

Very dirty staff is rude and as we was waiting for our food in the drive through which was backes up out to the road one nice lady was working while three others was at the side door where you walk in smoking started off as one.I ask her could she maybe smoke around back since we was waiting on our food right there by the door she said um no this is where we smoke I said but this is the entrance she said so ! So needless to say we will not be back
