Hi! I came here with my Uber Eats for in store pickup Feb 21. They greeted me, asked if I was picking up & my name. Told me it would be a few minutes. I’m now used to the apps giving estimate times and orders aren’t really ready, but close. 2 other people were waiting. I’m ok with the slight wait because then my food is absolutely fresh! They were extremely busy, line in drive thru, staff was hustling, and communicating with each other. Food was great! Thank you! My last Popeyes visit was on actual Canal St in New Orleans!

I love their chicken tenders and if you have the app you get a Family of 4 deal for $25. Not too bad if you watch the deals. I dig their sauces were not so many chemicals but that’s the way most fast food chicken places around here seem to be.

Stopped here on my way home from out of town. The women’s restroom was top tier clean! The rest of the restaurant was equally squeaky clean. The man who took my order was friendly and had excellent customer service. I told the manager how impressed I was with how clean everything is. He appreciated my feedback. The food was hot, fresh and perfect. I’m definitely coming back here when I come back to Appleton. You will not be disappointed.

Had lunch with my son and had WONDERFUL service even though they were busy. Ended up leaving my purse there and they kept it safe and locked away until I could come get it the next night. Had dinner again that night while picking up my purse and had great service with a whole new staff. Place was clean and all employees seemed happy.

The stop in was phenomenal. Food service was also great. Love the communications of the staff and everything; along with that being said they also fixed Uber Eats mistake. They even took out the time to give me a couple extra drinks!! Everything was great and most definitely will be stopping in again ps shout out to LeBron’s who gave a vivid explanation on how to fix the problem to help again that same day no prolonging needed. Appreciate it bro.

Chicken is excellent! Sides are average and on the smaller side. BUT THE DINING AREA WAS FREEZING!!! It was 15°F outside and MAYBE 45°F inside! I had to eat my chicken with my fingers to keep them warm! When I was nearly done eating my 4 piece chicken the last piece was cool and my fingers were cold again. I live an hour away so taking my meal home was not an option.

It wasnt that busy when I went, the cashier was nice and helped me save some money on a combo. Got a 3 piece chicken tenders box with a biscuit and mashed potatoes. Hours later I came down with very bad food poisoning, from what I can only assume was the chicken. I wasn’t able to tell if the chicken was undercooked as I was eating it, as it was about 70% breading, but I didnt have anything else that day, so I can assume it was from here. I normally enjoy Popeyes, but I dont think I’ll be going back to this specific store any time soon.

My Host Melvin was nothing but welcoming and kind! It was my first time going on 10/13/25 to any popeyes. When I arrived I was greeted with a warm and welcoming smile from Melvin who helped me out today at the register. He was nothing but polite and friendly with his service! When I got my order and sat down he proceeded to come over and offer me in the nicest way possible Two Chicken Sandwiches that a customer had not come to receive that day. If anyone would go to Popeyes at this Location it would be for Melvin. His customer service is top notch making it more than enough to come back for more! Melvin deserves a Raise or Appraisal for his outstanding service!
