It’s fine when they get your order correct, but lord help you if they don’t. The manager will treat you as if you’re putting her out for wanting what you’ve paid for – in our case a hot meal for two. It’s not the customer’s fault if the order didn’t get quality checked before being sealed in a bag and sent it out the door. Her poor attitude and outrageous behavior toward customers really is inexcusable.
From reading other reviews, though, it seems to be the norm at this location.

Always busy but fast service. Fastest Popeyes I ever been too. We went 5 minutes before closing the other night. They were not rude like most are which is understandable. We all laughed and joked around plus our food was hot still. My favorite Popeyes. I appreciate the staff here!

This location has the worst customer service and competency skills I’ve ever seen in my life. Workers consistently have horrible attitudes, managers as well. The personnel in there cannot handle complex orders. Food is always missing and when you go in there to have them correct it they have a demeanor as if they want to fight you. Completely unbelievable. Only reason I go here occasionally is because my daughter loves it. I’m writing this review but I doubt anything will ever change. Just getting some steam off after tonight’s incident. Do better!!!

Ordered some wings yesterday and they smelled kind of funny after I already ate 2 of them! Now I’m sick thank God I saved the rest of the spoiled wings! I will be contacting my lawyer! STOP SELLING PEOPLE SPOILED FOOD BEFORE YA’LL KILL SOMEBODY! Have your employees or the manager check the food before you cook it, I know you smelled the chicken was spoiled! UNACCEPTABLE! This is the best fast food restaurant I’ve been to yet! I was welcomed as soon as I walked in the door by an employee working hard cleaning up but stopped to welcome me. Was told to be safe by the manager when I was about to leave! And just before I got to the door to walk out another employee hollered out to have a good night! This team on November 28th around 9pm are awesome and home run hitters! This crew deserves some recognition at the least!

The people taking your order shouldn’t have an attitude. It’s pathetic it makes it not even worth it. I only come here because my family likes the place, but it’s not worth the attitude. We’ve been coming here for years and I don’t think I’ve ever had a friendly encounter with any employee. It’s not that hard to be kind to someone for a few min. This place really puts me in a bad mood.

Two can dine 9.99 is a great deal for us. 5 pc spicy with red beans and mashed potatoes and two biscuits! Drive thru went fast! Perfectly cooked and served with a smile

My family came here whîle on a road trip to see if it’s better than the ones in other states we’ve lived and visited. I have to say that it was bc they sell the mild and spicy chicken. Both were fresh and delicious. The biscuits were ok to me, but my partner loved them (biscuit lover). My partner was a little irritated bc someone who ordered a larger order after us received their order before us, but the cashier assured us that ours was next. The restaurant was clean and the people were friendly at our time of visit.

No one in the store when I arrived and one car in the drive through. By the time they gave me my order 9 people inside waiting and drive through line went around the building. Took forever to give me my online order. Also they forgot the biscuits in it. Terrible management at this store.
