I placed my order online for pickup. I was notified that my order was ready and upon arrival several other patrons were already in line and frustrated. Upon inspection of our order we found items missing. The initial solution attempt to correct this mistake was to have us wait for said item to be prepared while the other food sat on a shelf. The worker was fielding calls on the phone and in person dealing with many mistakes 12/31/2025. The kitchen staff was doing various activities of conversing, touching phones and eating (I’d like to think this was their break).
Second attempt after a request that all food be presented hot involved the manager who appeared overwhelmed and said she instructed staff about properly fulfilling orders after thinking this was another order upon which clearly same mistake had been made. We were made to wait additional 20+ minutes only to get subpar lukewarm food. The bacon ranch quesadilla was primarily cheese hardly any chicken or bacon, the fries were without seasoning, chicken did not appear freshly made, an ordered and paid for large HC sauce was half filled. I have had door dash meals from Chili’s arrive hotter than this apology meal and my commute home is 15 minutes so my expectation was fair.
Overall considering the rising cost of meals and in preparation for holiday orders all staff should have been prepared to provide excellent food and service. When the food is right it is good unfortunately last night chillies left a bad taste in my mouth.
Edit: Another chance tonight but I don’t know why I keep trying 1/22/26
Doordashed an order tonight. Received the order at 7:42 and picked up off porch shortly thereafter. I know it’s cold but in that amount of 2 minutes time the food shouldn’t be cold. Aside from that again ordered double fries for both crisper meals and was double shorted and doubly disappointed. Pictures show what we got. I have no idea how I got seared on the inside quesadilla cheese no gooey cheese little chicken and no bacon as you can see. Again it’s ridiculous and I have to admit that if gurnee wasn’t a longer drive or allowed Doordash from that location I’d choose it.
False advertisement in saying contents will be delicious… the only truth in this statement was ⚠️ WARNING! So that’s what these reviews are…warnings, don’t do it! Go to gurnee if it must be chili’s. Craving chicken? Wingstop has been amazing.
The only resolution I’m interested in is a refund at this point.

I had a great time at Chili’s! The service was friendly and attentive, making the whole dining experience enjoyable. We started with the Nashville Hot Mozzarella Sticks, and wow, we didn’t realize how big they were! They were huge, crispy, and packed with flavor.
For dinner, I went with the Big Mouth Burgers, and as always, they did not disappoint. Juicy, flavorful, and satisfying, the burgers hit the spot. Chili’s consistently delivers on taste and quality, making it a go-to for a casual meal.
Overall, it was a great experience with great food and service. Definitely recommend for a fun, flavorful meal!

We had Iyonna as our waitress. She was great! Very friendly and very attentive. She let us know that the wait for food might take a hot minute but it came out so quick.it was the perfect amount of time so we were able to have our appetizer and play some games before the food came. Highly recommend the The Surf and Turf and the Smoke club trio( I think it’s called that)

When you order delivery they’ll leave out all of the sides and then Uber won’t refund you. HORRIBLE location. Scammers. There are so many restaurants in the area… go elsewhere, or at least go to the Chili’s in Gurnee if you have to. Pictured: a $23 chicken crispers meal ordered with fries and mashed potatoes.

Hard to beat their 3 for me specials. Cheaper than fast food but way better. Food is always good here. I joined their rewards club and now I get free chips and salsa everytime I go. Last time they threw in some free queso too.

Visited during lunch of Veterans Day and had one of their free meals. The experience was one of the best. I do have to give a shout out to the floor manager/supervisor. It was amazing to see how engaged he was in the floor operation. From seating people, to filling drink orders, and wiping tables he was on it. Thank you for a great meal, and I appreciate what you do for Veterans each year.

While the chicken and fries were delicious, some of the chicken was completely uncooked inside.
Update: 7/3/19- got the crispy chicken tenders this time around and was completely dissapointed. The fries were also trash. The cookie skillet also had a funky flavor. While the 2 for $25 deal is a ton of food, the quality simply just doesn’t match up.

The food and service was phenomenal BUT I have to question how well they clean the tables and high chairs because both my 8 month old and 2 year old got hands foot and mouth. This was the only place we had gone besides home within the past week. IF I do return it would be with antibacterial wipes.
