The service consistently fails to deliver my order correctly in the morning when I am rushing to take my son to school. Upon discovering the error, I must return to the establishment and speak with the staff. They have repeatedly informed me that I am mistaken. Despite my attempts to rectify the situation, they continue to provide me with the incorrect item. This situation is akin to a game where I return to report the issue, only to be met with further disrespect from the manager. Individuals in positions of power, such as the manager, should exhibit a level of respect and professionalism. In this case, the manager’s behavior is highly disrespectful and unprofessional. I intend to contact corporate representatives to address this matter, as it is concerning that individuals become too comfortable in their positions and fail to uphold the standards of respect and professionalism. I strongly advise against using this establishment, especially for takeout orders, as the likelihood of receiving an accurate order is low. If you do order, you will likely need to return to rectify the error, assuming they even provide you with the correct item.

Service was very good, nice young lady at the window. Food was sloppy, half of the fries in the container, hamburgers were small, nothing like the pictures on the 1menu. Chili was very good. Because of the price and with the awful way the hamburgers were made and shortening fries, they put ketchup on top of the fries so the fries were not full, this is why I am only giving 1 star. The lady at the windows deserves a 5 star

Attempted to dine in on Sunday morning of 4/30/23 at 7:00am and doors were closed. The hours clearly state 6:00am to 10:30pm as the dining room hours everyday of the week. I believe the drive thru to be closed during hours of operation as well. No sign sign regarding temporary hours were posted anywhere.

Workers cannot speak fluent English, everytime i eat here, unless I keep it plain and simple – “number 1 with a coke”, there’s a major miscommunication. Don’t even try with the mobile app unless you speak Spanish because it’ll only lead to more confusion.

2018.03.03 – Trying the $1 double stacks. Dining room is cleaner. Tables still need to be degreased. We Ordered 6 double stacks, they brought out five. Almost as good as Carl’s.

Let me start with saying I drive for a living and I love Wendy’s but I’m about to be that person complaining about fast food online. I just had to throw away a lunch I paid over $20 for becuase the order was wrong and I dont have time to go back. Look I get it, it’s a fast paced job in a hot and uncomfortable environment where your paid close to nothing but the employees here are just horrendous. They’re beyond rude and can hardly speak English so they almost always mess up the orders. At least on three separate consecutive visits for me. They get upset when you ask them to fix their mistakes and the place is just filthy like every time I go in. Corporate offices need to get involved and check in on this location. It sucks because this location is right next to my dispatch center and it would be perfect to grab a bite when in a hurry but as things are now I won’t be coming back.
