I think this is the first review I have ever written, if that says something’s and it is NEEDED. I don’t think I’ve been to a McDonald’s yet that has CONSISTENT horrible customer service. There is no happiness in the staff. Half the time you can’t get your whole order out without them cutting you off and asking if that’s it. They don’t ask about the rewards app. It’s bad. When I was there today, she went to go take my card to pay, closes the window on me to start someone else’s order. By looking at the reviews it is abundant that this location has PROBLEMS. Management, intervene before it gets worse.

I frequent this location, after new management things have been better. However my most recent visit turned sour real quick. I ordered a small French fry and a 4 piece chicken nugget. I got the fries no problem but when I went to open the nugget box… I stuck my fingers into Big Mac sauce?? I was driving, it was a disaster. How does that happen? Zero nuggets to be found, just gross sauce.

Please hire and train individuals that care about the job. Beyond exhausted of getting served horrible food that seems days old by the time you get it. Keep your refund and vouchers for future use and do this place justice and clean house with your closing shift. The manager or whomever is in charge for dinner/closing must enjoy serving nasty food just to turn around and issue refunds. I bet their rate of refunds is higher compared to other locations and this is small town. Small towns don’t have a lot to offer and this just adds to the don’t go there list. Crew wears whatever they want and walk food back and forth to drive thru customers and then renter the kitchen area without washing their hands. Disgusting. The night supervisors wear sweat pants and have their man buns pulled so tight they forgot the basics of fast food…your customer works hard to feed their family and we all deserve to be served food that is Hot and Fresh. Ridiculous and will gladly place my money elsewhere.

Food from here always taste fresh cooked. Always welcomed with a very friendly manner. If you order inside its a long wait. They tend to attend to drive thru faster. Waited 20m minutes at the front counter. The atmosphere is great. Lol. No one is usually inside. Very dark.

23 mins for walk in. C02 must be low, no/little carbonation in drink. Double quarter pounder had 1 patty in it, hard on edges, setting out to long in open air. Ordered at 12:18, received at 12:42. What happened? You guys used to kill it.
