We’re from out of town, wait was about 10/15 ish minutes and I can understand why. The food was both delicious and the serving sizes were very generous. The live band was lovely. The staff was attentive and very friendly, as were the locals. Got the mixer platter and blackened chicken and mushroom ettouffee. And it had some good heat.

Outstanding fried catfish, shrimp, and hush puppies – delicious. The jambalaya was very good. The service was excellent as Bri was very nice and friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. The four piece jazz band were terrific. The jazz music was fun and entertaining. This is one of the few venues that has live music every weekend and is a great place to eat. The atmosphere and decor felt like being in New Orleans. You have to visit just for all the paintings and the eclectic decor everywhere. Outside seating is available too. Highly recommend for a date night on weekends with the live music. Plus the food is tasty.

Great portions, delicious food, and options for kids. We always have a fantastic time when we come here. We usually get the Shrimp Czarina pasta (can be spicy!) and a fried seafood dish.

Honestly, I found the food to be just OK.
The atmosphere and service were good. At the time of our visit, there was a live Jazz quartet. Very good performance.
Maybe it was the selection, but the crawfish pasta I ordered was not very flavorful. Just a sloppy mess of noodles, tiny bits of crawfish smothered in cheese sauce that had no flavor.
The cocktails we ordered were good.
Nice place, but our meal was not the best.

Stopped by for dinner for the first time and I’m already looking forward to the next time we can come back! The menu is extensive but the server offered some suggestions to help me decide. Decided on the chicken a la mer and along with the crawfish poboy it was fantastic! Our server was wonderful; friendly and attentive but also gave us plenty of time to make decisions. We went on a Friday eve so we’re also able to hear excellent live music. I hope to make this a regular dining spot!

Wanted to try this place after a day of shopping and it was awesome! It was super busy, so I got in line and gave them my number we walked around the mall for a bit while they got us a table. Super friendly people, great service and fun food too. I could t pronounce half the menu item’s names, but both meals were tasty and the live music was an absolute vibe. I’ll recommend it to anyone.

Hadn’t been to Jazz in quite some time but I recently chose this restaurant for dinner and drinks with my husband and friends. I will admit I was so hungry that EVERYTHING on the menu looked good. We had appetizers (charbroiled oysters and voodoo crawfish tails) and they were delicious. My entree’ (blackened tilapia with rice and vegetables) was also very good and quite a large portion. Now, the drinks were superb and we tried several while listening to the live band. Our server was very attentive. I will not wait so long next time to go back to Jazz!

Delivery through uber eats. Not the drivers fault at all. Restaurant completely skipped the jambalaya and gave me mushrooms instead of succotash. I’m allergic to mushrooms, so the whole order was immediately thrown in the trash. $45 ($55 w/ tip) completely wasted. Can’t wait for the typical canned response. “We’re sorry we stole money from you. We hope we get a chance to do it again in the future.”

Portions are so tiny! We did order carryout- was given the option for half or full menu items and I chose full. We were charged for full menu items. $22 for chicken alamer= 2 chicken strips ontop of very little rice, cold with a hint of cinnamon/nutmeg on everything- a strange sweetness- did not care for it. Alligator bite meal- zero seasoning, looks good but only the flavor of cornmeal. Hushpuppies had a piece of wood in it? Maybe part of a toothpick idk- they are sweet not onion flavored so just wasn’t very good it was around $24 for meal. Beer battered shrimp meal’ $16- came with a very small portion of fries like a dozen literally- and for an upcharge! Instead of the slaw?! Shrimp was so soggy and again zero seasoning not even salt on anything. The side salads- which was simply romain lettuce with parm on it and was the best part of our meal- ranch is absolutely phenomenal!! Yes its the GREAT kind of ranch! Perhaps eating this type of food is only best in person? The reviews sounded amazing- we were so excited to try but after spending around $75 for 3 meals that were unappealing in almost every way really sucks! The food was ready on time, the staff was nice on the phone and welcoming in person during pick up, maybe they had a different cook and the real chef was sick because this was a total waste of money.
