Avoid this Burger King as they are the worst BK I have ever visited. Where do I start? The manager gave me the wrong order and when I went to return it she instantly gave me attitude and claimed I’m not getting my correct order until I give her the drink she gave me with the wrong order. She never gave me a drink. She proceeded to say she will call the cops after she was extremely rude with me. The manager has no conflict resolution skills and obviously hates her job. They are constantly giving out the wrong orders or missing things. The place and the manager looks as though it belongs in a Prison. The place is always empty and everything is outdated. Even with no customers they still will get your order wrong and will be very slow. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Literally only gave two stars because the food wasn’t that terrible but the service was absolutely awful. The guy at the first drive-through window had nothing but attitude and didn’t want to take my payment on tap pay so just acted stupid and made me pull out a physical card then The lady with the colorful nails at the second window, rushed to get me out of there and close the window before I could even tell her that she forgot my sweet-and-sour sauce and I had paid for extras and didn’t get any so I had to drive around and go all the way inside and it’s nasty Not cleaned and trashes are overflowing, especially scooters in front of the front door

Very rude!! 10/6/25 they over charged me for 2 Halloween meals that was only 11.99 made me pay 50 bucks !! They laughed in my face about it the manager told me she didn’t know how to refund me my money back i can only order more food!!!! Worst burger king ever!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love Burger King. But this location need help they are usually slow. But was pretty fast this day. Rep. Was nice. But the new crispy Chicken Fingers. They were crispy alright because they were burnt and dry. Could not take them back because we were headed to church. Looks and taste like they were purchased frozen and fried twice. 🙁

First and last time at this location. Couldn’t even finish my meal. The food was cold and old.
My whopper had big chunks of lettuce and a tomato top (leaves and all) on it. The fries were bland and soggy.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Was just treated the worst I’ve ever been treated in my life. Was refused my receipt. Was refused my money back when they didn’t give me half the food I paid for. Leaving on a camping trip with my kids and decided to get BK since I had heard they’re all going out of business this summer, & if this is how they treat people then refuse to refund the money they’ve paid, for things they don’t receive I completely understand why. The manager stood in the drive through window staring at me, & the employee helping me was so high he could barely keep his damn eyes open. Would you pay for something you didn’t receive? No you wouldn’t! Absolute BS!
