Not sure what to rate the atmosphere seeing as I always go through the drive threw, but the food is always up to par. The photos I shared are the fairytale story toadstools they were growing like crazy in the mcminnville store grass area. It was cool to see them.

This drive‑thru really stands out. The line moves quickly, my order come out correct, and the staff keeps a friendly attitude without slowing things down. Everything feels well‑organized: they take your order clearly, the food comes out hot, and you don’t have to double‑check the bag to see if something’s missing.
The chicken wraps are especially good—fresh, well‑made, and full of flavor. You can tell the service has improved a lot; everything flows smoother now, even during busy hours.

So disappointed! Yes fast food is fast food but this was horrible! The burger looked like it was made last week, the curly fries and chicken nuggets were overcooked, and cold. I couldn’t eat it and had to trash it!

Much improved from before! Employees I dealt with were nice and friendly but difficult to understand their broken English. Food was good and fresh last few times too, as expected. Fast service.

Everytime I order one of their promotional boxes such as the T Pain box or the Gremlin box they just had, I never get the bonus items like the air freshener, etc, yet im paying the full price on the boxes. Everytime they tell me “we dont have it”, so I feel im being overcharged for my meals without those things in the boxes. Sometimes I got 2 onion rings in the Gremlin box, other time I got 5, yet im getting charged the same. How about a freebie for all that?
Im going to be honest. I believe the employess are taking all of the special items that arw SUPPOSE to come with these promotional boxes. How are yall the ONLY Jack in the Box that NEVER seems to have any of them.

On some of my door dashing trips to this restaurant, I’ve caught the general manager Deisi disrespecting, being rude, and yelling to her employees. Thank god I’ve never been a customer myself, because I would not tolerate this behavior anywhere. Jack in the box needs to take corrective action if they want customers and employees to feel comfortable coming in.

Good experience snd if I was to be sble would have taken time to sit snd eat in peace but had to eat on I and never got s chance to say thanks for the good food

I had come in and ordered food and was waiting for my meal when I heard shouting in the back of the kitchen. It looked as though the manager was being excessivly rude to her fellow coworkers. I think her name tag said deisi? I know what its like to work in fast food. It’s stressful, but its no reason to embarrass yourself as a manager and disrespect the team you’re meant to lead as well as the customers who wanted a bare minimum tolerable experience. I left with out my food, and didn’t end up paying either. This was a sickening experience, and I hope this issue gets resolved soon.

Ordered carry out waited till app said order was completed to go in waited 15minutes to get my food in a 95 degree lobby not a single person acknowledge me served half a dozen drive thru orders my food sat unbagged on a warmer then finally my food was put in a bag tacos were soggy and stuck to wrapper and fries were cold already worst Jack in the box I’ve ever been in
