This is usually our go-to Chick-fil-A location. The staff are friendly and your wait for food is very minimal. The food quality tonight was a bit of a let down. The fries were missing salt, which is no biggie but the Deluxe Chicken sandwich we ordered was missing its tomato and had a couple small pieces of wilted lettuce and did not know until we made it home.
Probably just an off-night but just wanted to share what happened since the app doesn’t have a spot to leave feedback.

The food and service quality are always fine but the wait times are always ridiculous. The last 5 times I’ve gone thru the mobile order line, it’s taken at least 10-15 minutes to get our food. Even when we’re the only car in line. And it’s not like we order the whole menu. Typically just one order of nuggets, a drink, and fries. Idk if I just always get bad luck when I go but its crazy

To be clear, I like Chick-fil-a…. But evening staff seems to be lacking. With a person pretty much dedicated to the dining room (generally a good thing), and only about 20% of the dining room in use, I really shouldn’t have to search and search (unsuccessfully) to find a clean table. I also find it frustrating when I do ask someone to wipe down a table for me, that this is the only table that gets cleaned…. My entire visit.

Who was pretty good the inside dining area was kind of lackluster not very exciting for the eye overall all the kids loved it would definitely love more options.

Krista 2nd time typing my order wrong & she always looks at me like she has an issue idk she lacks customer service. I just hopped off the highway 4hr drive, ready to go home and relax, open my bag at home, first mistake. I have 3 fries rather than 2 macaroni and 1 fruit cup, doesnt even sound similar. I wasnt offered an apology or anything for the inconvenience. I did however get what I originally ordered. Gave the food 3 because my sandwich was cold from all the driving. I know mistakes happen so I was still polite but come on guys, lock in.

So I ordered a cup of soup with my meal and I ordered the chicken noodle, what I got was the chicken tortilla soup. So I went up to the counter to just swap them out and I had two employees argue with me how what I got was chicken noodle. Im sorry but chicken noodle never comes with corn and beans in it. So finally one of the two gives me the correct soup but the attitude was like she was doing me a huge favor. Very disappointed. I wont be going back anytime soon.

I ordered a strawberry milkshake, it tasted very fake, it really had a medicine aftertaste, very off-putting… The chicken fingers were greasy and soggy they had a peculiar flavor that I did not enjoy it at all, I could not eat them..
