Updated- 2/6 called corporate to complain. These reviews dont do anything to correct issues. Still taping straws to cups. Fries still cold. Yall suck. Thanks for the email letting me know you got the complaint. Now you fix the issue! Calling to complain again. I drive an hour home from dubuque
Hold time to complain 27 minutes.. that’s how bad I wanted to tell someone yall gross and disappointing. New complaint here. Employees should where hair nets. Every employee there got hair just flying everywhere. Watched the girl clean the top of the coke machine. The napkin was black when she finished. So nasty. Will go back one more time. Just to see if this place is dirty and u actually fix ur nasty problems. If theres tape on the straw ill ask for my money back. Aint risking spilling another soda on me. Stick the straw in the bag. Stop stacking drinks and fries for the 10 minutes drive-thru wait. All common sense. Grossest chic fil a ivr ever been to
Stop taping the straws to the cups. Your not saving time. Its not cute. 2nd time a drink has spilled on me after drive thru. Whats the point? I watched her tape the straw to the cup and hand it to me. Just put the straw in the bag with everything else. Also premaking my coke so theres 2 ice cubes from waiting 10 minutes on drivethru?… means its not fresh. Your not saving tome your devaluing your food. Also thought Chicfila had better customer service. 5 guys here I come!

I am a fan of the Cobb Salad, no bacon please. As is my wife who mixes it up a little more than I do. Although a spicy crispy chicken sandwich might not be safe if I am hungry. At any rate it is consistent. Typically.
We were in Iowa to see a hockey game, not sure but this experience was in Iowa. We both ordered Cobb salads without bacon. It was the first time we were ever told, “We can’t hold the bacon. Our salads are prepackaged.” I told her we’ve never been told that. She consulted someone, returned, took our order and we sat.
The salad came, we ate, put too much of our salad aside because of the quality of the lettuce, or lack there of. My wife commented to one of the staff but there wasn’t much interest. The experience is at one end of our Chick-fil-A experience spectum, all alone. Maybe just a blip on the proverbial radar.

I love this Chick-fil-A and visit it quite frequently. The food and staff are consistently great. At times the drive-through could be a little more efficient, but with how busy they are, it’s understandable. Overall, a great place.

I have never been to a Chick-fil-A where I have been told I couldn’t get a catering tray. They were having a rush. They didn’t want to serve me. I was too much of an inconvenience for them in this moment. I had a wedding party that I had to bring food to and I had to find a new location to order food. Very disappointed.

Second time ever eating there. Probably the last. Im pretty sure that between the 4 orders for my family that we did not even receive 1 chicken breast half nor 1 full potato for the $43 bill. Sure the sandwich had decent flavor but you couldn’t have made the chicken breast any smaller without calling it a slider. The kids got the nugget things and asked if we could just go to McDonald’s. $8.42 for the 8 piece and waffle fries. I doubt it was more than 3 ounces of chicken and the waffle fries consisted of 2 actual waffle fries and some nasty crumbs. Whoever looked at that and said “yup, this looks good for our customer” should he ashamed. Yay you, your not open on Sunday, with those meals there are 6 more days a week you should be closed also.

This is my kids favorite stop for food. We like using the app and then door delivery option. It allows us to make our selections without the line and everyone can see exactly what they want in their meal. The staff is always friendly and courteous.

Came to pick up DoorDash order they had already given to someone else who stole the order so I had to wait asked for a small drink for the wait for my son told I would have to pay for it but other restaurants be willing to give something to drink poor customer service
