This location on League City parkway has a very positive and welcoming atmosphere. The dining area is always clean, the lighting is pleasant, the design of the dining room is comfortable and has easy accessibility and flow. The manager, hiring manager and all staff are exceptionally respectful, positive, prompt and provide you with excellent customer service. The bathroom is always clean and comfortable. The parking lot is well maintained and it is located in an upscale location with beautiful parks and lakes with walking paths outside the parking lot so you can walk off their yummy and exceptionally delicious food. The staff is always polite and insures exceptional customer service.

Had a chance to grab a quick bite. I used the drive-thru and wanted to express how delightful the lady at the window was. Typically, the service is curt and distant but she was pleasant and appreciative. It was a delightful change. Unfortunately, I did not think fast enough to get her name.

Sent the husband to get the grinch boxes for the kids. Waited over 30 minutes which is okay.. we expected it to be a hot mess. What we didn’t expect was to receive the boxes, but no grinch socks or grinch salt. Burgers were also not the way they were ordered. Our fault for not checking before we left but then again, we shouldn’t have to worry about our order being correct or the correct items in the boxes.

So let’s get this straight, if you order breakfast 20 minutes before 10:30am which is when they STOP serving breakfast and get there BEFORE 10:30am you somehow can’t get your breakfast?? Doesn’t make no SENSE right? Well that’s exactly what happened to me today, I pull up to the drive thru at 10:25am (keep in mind I had already placed my ORDER FOR PICK UP AT 10:10AM and got there BEFORE 10:30am) so I tell the lady at DT that I have a pickup order, give her my code and then she says one moment, 2-3 minutes go by and I see that she changes the menu from breakfast to lunch AFTER TELLING HER I HAD A PICKUP ORDER. She then proceeds to have us wait 5 more minutes not saying anything, so instead of sitting in the DT line for no reason I go inside to just pick up my order. The apparent “manager” says that she can’t give me my breakfast because they changed the menu and it’s past 11am, which is HILARIOUS because we got there at 10:25AM AND ORDER AHEAD OF TIME so it should’ve already been READY to begin with. Keep in mind I also already paid for the order because I ordered online for pickup so now I drove there for no reason, didn’t get my food either and now I have to wait for a refund because they want to be LAZY and not make the damn food.

We went to this McDonald’s for the first and last time. We ordered two meals (Happy meal and burger with large fries). We dumped the small fry onto the tray and started to nibbled on the fries. When my husband dumped his fries onto the tray a large roach (pictured) fell out. I immediately took the tray back to the front and the manager denied that it was from their kitchen and set the tray behind the counter. I was furious when he didn’t even apologize but denied it came from their kitchen. I asked for the tray back so I could take a photo since he denied it was from their kitchen. He wouldn’t let the counter staff retrieve our tray so I stepped back and took photos of our tray with the fried roach. As we were exiting the McDonald’s there was a large dead roach right by their doorway. So disturbing in so many ways. I vowed never to set foot on that McDonald’s again.

Last week I ordered a Happy Meal with chicken nuggets and was given spaghetti instead….. I’m assuming it was someone’s left over spaghetti from home. Regardless, I was served food that wasn’t even from the restaurant. In my child’s food…. Who does that!?
When I took the meal back to the restaurant, the lady I spoke with chuckled, spoke in Spanish (couldn’t make out what was being said) to the men in the back and showed all of them. They all laughed too. When I asked if she knew where it came from she said, “we don’t know”.
We have filed a complaint on this location with the DSHS Public Health Sanitation & Retail Food Safety Unit.
I typically don’t leave reviews and never make a big deal if our order is wrong or missing items. I know jobs in the service industry can be tough and I don’t like to pile on. This….. this crossed a line and we will never give our business to this location ever again. The blatant disregard and lack of care about the situation was not the proper way it should have been handled.

Went in for lunch today. I visit 1-2 days a week for lunch. My Quarter-Pounder was raw. Took it to the counter, a lady apologized then brought me a second burger. This is a photo of the second burger. I left it sitting in the table when I left. Unacceptable. Disappointed.

So I order through the app and I get home only to find that that my double cheeseburger is missing a patty and this my first time at this location and the staff was very unfriendly and not welcoming and this was it I will never go here again and I will be going up there to get my refund
