Went in this morning to get breakfast, im a first responder in the city, the young lady behind the cash register was very nice and professional, she asked her manager if she could give us a discount and without hesitation she looked at me and ny partner and said “no not them, just police and fire”. Let me remind everyone, this is the same mcdonalds that has multiple overdoses in the bathrooms that when the untrained staff finds them the first thing they do is call 911, and who shows up is EMS and takes them, i am not saying police and fire dont do anything because we are all a team and help eachother but the fact that our profession is not taken seriously its sad, i dont care about your discount, its probavly 0.22 cents anyways, its the fact that she looked and said what she said that bothered me, it goes to show that our profession is not taken seriously, with that being said ill will not visit this mcdonalds again.

You could only order at the kiosk even though I counted 7 people working. Somehow there wasn’t anyone that could take an order. I guess that’s the new way. It didn’t print my ticket so I didn’t know my order number and neither did another group who took our drinks. Even though we ordered sauces, none were in the bag so thankfully we realized and asked. We had to ask 2 people and they then tried to give 2 sauces for 3 orders of very old nuggets (28 pieces) that were hard as a rock. Fries were unseasoned, but thankfully warm. You needed to get buzzed in to use the bathroom and workers took forever to let us in there. The men’s room was completely out of service so men trying to use the same stalls as the women. People begging for food outside. All staff seemed like they didn’t want to be there. Worst McDonald’s I’ve been to.

Came home late from night out and stopped by to grab a quick meal. I used my McDonald’s app but for some reason at this location it never works. The person at the drive through took the order and said it was ok. When I got to the window after an extremely long wait for the one car in front of me. The guy at the window tells me the price and I told him I was using a reward meal but he replies that it didn’t go through with an attitude and stands there just staring at me with a look of disgust on his face. If you don’t like your job that your personal issue but don’t take it out on others. I will not be returning to this location again.

Just went to one of the WORST McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Starting off with ZERO Handicapped access at the doors, they’re specifically set up in an “L” pattern and one opens into the vestibule and the other ALSO into the vestibule, making it impossible for any Handicapped person to enter without assistance and the staff looked directly at me struggling and GIGGLED !
Then you are pretty much forced to use the screens to order as the staff “was too busy” (11:15am before the lunch rush). Even though I used the Handicapped provisions on the screen and ordered cola with extra ice and fries with extra ketchup, they gave me an empty cup, and had to go get ketchup myself. You also have to go to an area to get a number to receive your order.
The place was filthy and setup cones rather than clean up the spills, also cones were put in the middle of every isle and had to be moved to go anyplace.
The food was hot and made exactly the way I ordered, but be careful using the app because if you make a mistake and try to substitute one coupon for another you’re not allowed and need to wait 15-30 minutes

the manager JOSE was extremely rude along with the employees messing up our food. We ordered 1 meal and they charged us for 2, then I politely said that we only meant to get one, to which Jose, with a terrible attitude and staring at my friend and I rudely, pulled the other meal from the bag then basically yelled at the employee to take the second drink from the tray. Then when we asked for the refund, which we wanted back on our card, we got told to pull up to the third window when Jose came back and dropped cash for it in my hand and walked away. I have no problems with not receiving the food we didnt pay for, however the overall attitude of the manager who is supposed to be setting the bar for employees ruined the experience. Also they completely messed up the spicy mc crispy that we did receive, I highly recommend going ANYWHERE else.

Still at the spot. Service was slow. The dining room is a disaster. No AC (hot, hot, hot). Asked for some condiments and got 1 packet of mayo. Really? This is a sad, sad place.

From my personal late night experience the staff is very clear with communication/professionalism. Moreso the night time manager i happen to talk to Chanice is so accommodating and understanding. She clearly goes above and beyond with human decency and kindness regularly. Thank you to this location for being professional and kind to me!! Keep it up!!
