My order was right, but… I don’t mind paying extra for chicken or steak. It’s just ridiculous that they hardly put any of it and charge MORE! There was more bread and salad in my chalupas!! I called them to let them know. The manager did offer to remake them another day. I don’t want anything free, just for them to listen to customers and make them how they should be. But hey, if she insists I won’t refuse. I did pay for my food!

Staff was friendly. I wish they had system for making sure your not missing items. When I do order for the whole family, I’m always missing items. This time it was the cheese without the chips. For that reason when family ask for Taco Bell I try convince them pick different place

Big shout out to MATHEW! He had great customer service, I had trouble with a door dash order that I placed and he answered the phone with a very professional attitude, and he was able to get my order fixed. What a great guy foreal!

This Taco Bell is very clean, from the parking lot to behind the counters it appears well taken care of. Even the landscaping is well manicured. The only thing I didn’t like was the horrible music but the food and service was terrific. Best of all, at the time of writing this review this site has the “online exclusive” meal for $5.99 which is becoming more scares these days.

For late night cravings. This place is best open until 1am 7 days a week except for holidays. If you happen to take your dog with you everywhere you go like I do. They even say hi to the dog. Sometimes give them a little treat! Awesome staff! Thanks for showing kindness to the pup. We both enjoyed our experience there

I don’t understand why customer service has gone so down hill.. The employees are just rude.Tonight the girl *Z* acted like I hadn’t just told her my code for the mobile app. She didn’t even ask for it in the beginning I had to say excuse me I have a code.. Still didn’t help get my rewards. When I asked at the windows she said oh is that why you gave it to me. You can drive around and reorder.. Have you seen the wait times for some of these drive thrus.. Nothing fast about them. I think I will stick with full service since that’s about as long as it takes to get my food anyways. After working 13 hours I just wanted quick but got a migraine instead.

This is the best experience I’ve had in a Taco Bell. It is VERY clean. The staff were friendly, and patient. I do want to mention Paul L. So helpfull and he looked me in the eyes. Wonderful employee!!
