I visit this location often. After a long day of grocery shopping, I walked in to grab some lunch. Chance & Kat did advise me once I walked in it would be a wait, they also provided the time the next person was supposed to arrive. Due to unexpected short staff, still after the time frame given. I waited , while they cooked a crew of workers food. These two were awesome because this is allllll I wanted to eat today. Hard work and team work. 5 stars for today.

Walked in 10:30 Friday morning the cook was on the phone eating a sandwich. He left the phone out the sandwich down and I’m immediately started flipping hasbrowns (no gloves on) after that he leaned his backside on the table where food is being cooked. Very little concern for the food of the customers.

Bernard runs this Waffle House like a well oiled machine. He and his crew are super nice and work so we’ll together. It’s nice to hear a manager praising his employees. They were slammed when we got there but our food was great.

This is me and my families favorite Waffle House in town !!! We live right around the corner, so me and my fiancee will either order to go, or sit inside and enjoy all the friendly chatter. Strangers saying “hello” to strangers. Great atmosphere ! And the servers ! Absolutely amazing and attentive. Your drink will never go empty. The cooks are fun and get in on the chit chat. Its like you’re one big happy family thats never met lol. My parents go here and have their favorite waitress. Were there all the time. Great food of course !!!! Like really good food and great coffee ! Check it out if you haven’t yet or happen to be in the road. I promise you’re going to have an amazing experience with whoever takes care of you.

Probably the best Waffle House I’ve experienced. This staff knows EVERY customer after 2 visits! You feel like you’re in a small town where everybody knows you. Breakfast are a joy and so is the entire staff. Extremely comfortable atmosphere. Don’t ever change!

This is definitely the best Waffle House location in Jacksonville (maybe even in Florida). Whenever I’m in visiting my home in Jax, I make a point of eating here a couple times during my stay. Great service & delicious food! Last two times here, I was fortunate enough to have “Breka” as my server. Breka is always sweet & efficient, she makes you feel right at home! Hey Waffle House, make sure you don’t lose Breka!

After all the family shenanigans for Christmas, we needed to eat and knew that trusty Waffle House was open. We stopped by the Lem Turner location for the first time. We got there about 530. Food was great per usual. The only downside was having to wait until I was ready to leave for the waffle from my meal. I’m not sure if they forgot but once it was mentioned and table was cleared, it was brought out and It was delish! Overall a great Christmas dinner breakfast

Upon entering my friend & myself nothing a dry erase board with an advertisement for double hash browns meal. After seating ourselves waiting for a server several minutes. We asked about the special, the waitress walks away and comes back & She says that’s old. Ok so why is it still being advertised. The manager just staring at us, no explanation just that’s old. As I have been in customer service and the food service industry over 20yrs that is just bad business poor customer service and just a sad do better waffle house.
