Went for dinner with the family on super bowl Sunday. Service was quick and the food was hot and delicious. Our server Nate was awesome. Manager also checked on us. I would recommend this place to anyone. We had an issue with the digital check but they quickly resolved it. 5 stars.

Our waitress was amazing. My fajitas were horrible. It was my second time ordering steak fajitas outside of Texas and 8 have learned my lesson… These were so dry I couldn’t eat them. I wound up just eating meatless fajitas, I absolutely love peppers and onions. My husband’s honey chicken tenders were delicious though.

We haven’t been to Chili’s in god, 10 years? Decided to try it again after hearing rave reviews.
I got the Brisket quesadilla. For $20, you would expect this to be loaded, but the entire thing had 1 tiny shred of brisket per piece. It was 60% cheese, 39% BBQ sauce, and 1% actual brisket.
Mozzarella sticks weren’t hot all the way through on half. You can see where they were stacked too high in the fryer and didnt cook.
Everything was….. meh? Exactly where I left it 10 years ago. Sad and we won’t be back unfortunately

Note to Management: The whole problem with this place is they have super bright halogen lights throughout the bar area — that are like interogatio lights. Too bright and glaring !!
You can’t see the TVs with this awful lighting. (See pic taken from bar.)
Food and people are good but the atmosphere because of obnoxious lighting which could easily be changed with dimmers or softer light bulbs — is the reason I don’t recommend and I rarely come here because of it.
Please fix this for $29 !!!

I havent been to Chili’s in quite a while. I was pleasantly surprised by their menu, which has been totally changed since I last came. There was so much good food! I got the triple dipper with sliders, mozzarella sticks, and southwestern egg rolls (but there were so many other delicious options!). My friends got shrimp Alfredo and this huge platter with ribs, chicken strips and two sides (loaded mashed potatoes!). We had chips and salsa before that all came. It’s was like a smorgasbord. The waiter was suoer attentive, very helpful and not bothersome when we wanted to just sit and visit. I am definitely going to recommend we do our friend dinners here more often. We came at 4 pm on a Thursday and it never got super loud or crowded. Parking was right there and even with the snow storm, we were able to safely make our way to our cars.

the most consistently delicious, tasty, fantastic food. the quesadilla expolsion salad is GREAT and i would sell my kidney for a molten lava cake. the bacon rancher burger, nashville mozz, and quesadillas are all grrat picks, too; i don’t think you can go wrong with anything on the menu. the tables are always clean and service is almost always great! one thing: specify if you want your burger well-done!

We came 12/13. Called ahead to be put on list told 35 min. Arrived in 10. Told 25 and waited 45. Hostess kept telling our party we were second, which meant next. And we could see large tables for us open for 10-15 minutes ready for us. Lots of tables open for 10-15 minutes they didn’t sit anyone there. Then took 8 parties ahead of us. As they walked in; asked for phone numbers as they weren’t on the list and told 45 min then taken back in 5 min. Parties of 8,6,5,4,2,2,6,8.
We are a party of 5.
I checked again and told the table they were waiting for our size wasn’t open. The party that got the LARGE table had 8 people and I was told we didn’t have enough people to sit there. They had walked in and waited 5 minutes to our 40 minutes.
We all sat and we waited and counted the sizes they just took ahead without calling ahead.
My son and I are regulars that drive 40 minutes to come here. We had put in a nice word for this specific location vs Ogden. Our family came from out of town for a funeral. Couldn’t have 6 people for a correct table according to them. My grandpa died! Nice one Chilis and hostess. She was awful. Did not apologize or look at us at all after it happen. Nor did management come see us. Just had the waitress deal with us. Waitress did amazing I hope she got THE whole tip cause the staff did nothing. Nor did her management. I’ve never seen a manager not come over and check in this situation. Not sure I’ll be back to Logan. Yes we come 40 minutes just for your food and we were treated like garbage for a table with a waitlist. Food was amazing and glad the beef skillet queso is back! We love Chili’s but not yours!!!

Good Ol Chilli’s, it’s been ages since I’ve been here and still tastes good!!
I love their burgers, great seasoning on them, fries were good. Enchilada soup was good , too. It’s a thicker creamier version than usual but the flavor was great.
Servers are kind and attentative, always do the 2 bite check up
Clean and upbeat atmosphere.

Ordered 3, 3 for me meals and 1 salmon meal. Food was good as always but we Ordered 1, 3 for me chicken sandwich plain with cheese. Even told the waitress “chicken, cheese, only” to help with any confusion. I get mistakes happen and the first bird showed up with mayonnaise top and bottom. Not a big deal. We sent it back, waited another 10-15 minutes and the 2nd bird showed up the same way. A little frustrated but whatever. Number 3 bird shows up THE EXACT SAME WAY! Sent that back, bird number 4 finally shows up 40 minutes after the rest of the table was done eating when I was approached and told that plain doesn’t mean no sauce, plain and dry is what’s needed and I need to say that. What part of Chicken,cheese only needs more said? I was told they wouldn’t charge me for the one meal which was fine. Go to pay the bill.and it was all wrong. Took 10 more minutes to flag down the waitress to fix it. Waited 10 more minutes for her to say it was fixed. Spoiler alert it was not fixed. Not only were all 4 meals on the ticket but we had an extra $25 in random charges on the ticket. I gave up at this point and just paid it because our server was no where to be found and figured I’d call in and get it figured out. We eat here all the time so a gift card or something would be fine. Long story short I called in spoke to the manager he was understanding and said he would email me some gift cards to settle the differences and make things right. I received a $15 gift card….. That doesn’t even cover the amount we overpaid, let alone all the other shenanigans we endured. To be frank i had no intentions of writing a poor review until I saw the gift card amount. Mistakes happen and I believe our server was newer. We weren’t even that mad about the 4 bird swap but the fact that the manager obviously didnt take the time to even dig into things to make things right has me irritated.
