Let’s eat where history was made!!
Where to begin, the place is pretty cool and there a lot going on!
They offer a diverse menu, ranging from steaks and seafood to burgers and even a raw bar.
Now, for starters, we ordered the calamari. It was good, but I found it a bit salty, even though it was still worth ordering.
Okay, let’s talk about the entrées. We ordered the pan-fried filet mignon, which had an interesting flavor with the blue cheese and wine sauce. If you’re planning to order it, I recommend going for medium. The steak packs a flavor punch.
Now, let’s move on to the cowboy ribeye. I ordered a medium, and it came out good. It paired well with the fried onions and mashed potatoes.
I must say, the steaks are missing a bit of the Wild West flavor that I was expecting. But overall, they’re still good steaks.
So the drinks , good beer selection, and definitely a good wine selection. I will say the cocktails sounded good but didn’t order any.
We ordered a beer from Ghost Hawk, which was great. We also had a red wine called Horse Heaven, Merlot, which was fantastic. definitely will be ordering again.
The churros we ordered for dessert were definitely very fulfilling, and the caramel dip was fantastic.
The service was fantastic. Nicole was incredibly attentive and didn’t miss a beat.
If in the area check it out !!
We were welcomed by our server named Alexander who was very kind, attentive and efficient. A 2nd man came over with water, bread, and butter although I didn’t get his name – he came by a bunch of times to make sure we were satisfied. We ordered a red sangria and a local IPA which were both great. We then ordered the calamari, 2 ribeye steaks cooked medium well, mashed potatoes, Mac and cheese, broccoli and French fries. The calamari came out quickly and was fantastic! A 3rd man who I also didn’t get the name of came over and packed up our leftover calamari under 2 minutes.
What we appreciated the most was the main course didn’t come out right away. We had time to enjoy our time together there. We read the history of the building, took in the cozy / intimate feel, admired the twinkle lights, & admire the bubble tents in the back space. Nothing about the experience was rushed. We have family coming to visit during the holidays and we have already said we’d have to bring them here !
Then the rest of the food came out and when I tell you this was the best steak I’ve ever had would be an understatement. Cooked to perfection made with love. They took their time with this and it showed ! From the presentation to the cut down the meat, everything exceeded expectations! Mouth watering, juicy, tender, flavorful. Not even a noodle in the Mac and cheese was missed. The attention to detail was really remarkable from the front of the house to the back of the house.
Thank you all so much for a truly wonderful evening! We’re already looking forward to coming back ! ♥️
