We visited Waffle House for the first time. It was a Sunday evening, and the place looked moderately busy. Our server was JJ—if I remember correctly—and she was one of the kindest servers I’ve ever met in the States. She seemed to truly enjoy her job and was incredibly friendly and attentive. My husband and I both ordered the All-Star Special, and it was the right choice. The eggs and bacon were cooked perfectly, and the blueberry waffle was especially good. We’ll be back soon!

My expectations of any of Waffle House I go to are very low. This location just raised the bar for what to expect.
The restaurant is clearly very clean, the floors have definitely been mopped frequently and the tables are evidently wiped often. As someone who worked in food service, I can tell when equipment is cleaned often, and I can see from where I’m sitting now that the grill is scrubbed frequently, as well as the rest of the equipment.
My silverware received more than a few touches with a sponge. It was CLEANED. The staff had mentioned to me that they had meant to wipe everything down a few minutes earlier and were just now getting to it, and that speaks wonders on its own. Their standards for cleanliness are so high that a 9/10 job is dirty to them.
The staff is incredibly friendly. They all are well groomed and generally clean looking, something most of us are not used to when going to a Waffle House.
AND to top it all off, the food itself is fantastic. They took their time to make it, but not too long. They didn’t rush it, and made sure that this came out GOOD. Attached is a photo of my plate right as they gave me my food.
Whatever these people are getting paid, it isn’t enough. I arrived at around 2:15 on November 9, 2024, and EVERY staff member deserves recognition for the effort they are putting into their work. This has been a VERY pleasant surprise for me, and I will be coming here again.

LOVE this place. DEFINITELY not one of the Waffle Houses that taints the reputation of Waffle House. Britt is awesome, and we go there so much the manager gave all of us hats for free! Though I do only know about the morning shift, which wnds at 9 or 10, I think. MAYBE 11.

Manager is rude to start off with I brought my concern to him and his response was “have you been to other restaurants they don’t even use gloves”
The one cook grabbed a piece of bacon from the grease trap that was full of old grease put it on a plate and served it to the customer. The other cook had gloves on then proceeded to wipe his gloves on his dirty apron and touch food again we have been here for 45 minutes haven’t seen one person wash their hands or change their gloves.

What a fantastic Waffle House! Staff was super friendly and service was excellent. We were just traveling through but noticed how friendly staff was with locals. Nice neighborhood feel. We also left our cook know that she was appreciated too! Would love to stop again sometime! Grits were delicious and homemade!

I rarely leave reviews but this has to be the worst Waffle House I have ever been to in my life. The first bad experience was a couple weeks ago. I walked in and before I could even sit down an old lady yelled and told she didn’t have time to take my order they were too busy and basically kick me out the door. So I decide to give it one one more try. This time I was greeted and told I would have to wait they were in the middle of shift change. After about 10 mins Finally Miss Katie arrived and took my order. Then the cook said she had paperwork to due so I would have to wait for my food to be prepared. Finely after being the only person in the restaurant for 25mins. Katie had to not only take our order but also cook and pack my food. Katie tried her best to make it a positive but that is hard to do when you are the only person trying actually help the customer. Horrible service on multiple visits wouldn’t waste your money!

The waitress we had and the service was good. The reason for theb1 start is one of the girls behind the counter, Salena, took out the trash with her hand under the bag, came back in and went right back to work. She didn’t wash one finger. I said something to our waitress about it and she addressed it with her. I heard her laugh and say she didnt wash her hands because she wasn’t done and had another bag to take out, she was calling the order out first. The problem is if you weren’t done you should have immediately grabbed the other bag. Failure to do so results in you forgetting and not washing them. When she finished calling out the order, she failed to wash her hands and started handling and washing dishes. But looked at me crazy when I said something.

First visit to this location was enjoyable. I was surprised as to how small the inside was. Grabbed a seat and was waited on in just a few minutes. The food came out hot and in a timely manner. I didn’t encounter any issues during my visit. Waitstaff was nice,atmosphere was ok,food was delicious. I was impressed with my first visit,I’ll be back.
