I normally love Bojangles; however, this has to be the worst one I’ve ever visited. Despite being lunch hour, it was almost empty inside (I now know why), and I was fully ignored for over 5 minutes. The food was cold and the sandwich was thrown together and falling apart. I will never go to this restaurant again.

Went inside to order. Paid for my food. The girl didn’t give me a receipt. So I asked her for a receipt. She said the paper was out. It took forever to get my food and still no receipt. I got a large drink and it was only a little over half full and she even glanced around the corner at me when filling my drink so I would know that she did it on purpose. My bo rounds looked good until you got to the bottom then they looked gross. Worst customer service ever. F this Bojangles!

Terrible. Waiting over 10 min to order. No one else in line. But to be fair the drive though was busy. No Bo rounds. No straws. How do you not have straws after you give me a drink with a lid? And I’m so sick of places charging 50c for dipping sauce and telling you that after you oder. I will not be back
