Once they put a large fry in a large container or a medium fry in a medium one the rest of the stars would be easy. Stop putting a small amount in the large fry container. Lately it has been a disappointment. The portions are off the fries are not as fresh and it does not feel like the same McDonald’s I used to enjoy.

But…….the portions are getting smaller (probably not a local decision) and the prices are riding.
Today’s experience: Ordered a large , hot coffee. Here’s what the cup looked like when I took off the lid. Looks more like a medium coffee to me…..it did have cream and sugar as ordered…..a dramatic improvement over the last coffee I ordered which had cream but little if any sugar.

I’ve been here twice late at night and asked for a double cheeseburger with ketchup and pickles only twice both times I received the wrong food once it was no pickles and the other time it was ketchup and mustard no pickles nothing else. I don’t understand how a normal product which just a couple less toppings for some reason ends up every single time having none of the toppings but ketchup, and it’s just a cheeseburger plain nothing else with ketchup. The second time that I went, I just realized you know the staff for some reason even if the order is correct on the ticket does not care about making things correctly and consistently gifts over that especially later in the evening and so I took a refund rather than having a remake because I do not trust the staff to remake correctly

I’m not entirely sure if I like the detached feeling I get from ordering, and paying at the new McD’s system. This isn’t a dig at this location, but rather across all the locations. I travel a bit and after being in the car (4.5 hours on this journey) with little or no human contact, even that brief interaction at the counter would be nice. Now it feels very removed from any kind of smile that might be generated. Asking McDonalds to solve my problems and make sure I’m ready to face to world after getting a large #2 B is a bit much to put on them, but it felt like it had to be articulated.
During my trip to Vermont, I visited this location 3 times and I will say that the food was correct, prepared well, and was hot each visit. My expectations for the product were well met.

It’s a very crappy fast-food place the food there was gross and crappy, drinks were okay and the food there made my dad sick which was horrible. Overall, it was horrible and I recommend not to go there.

I pull up to the window wait two minutes for someone to take my order, then when I pull up to the first window the girl taking my card was so unbelievably rude. I pay and go to the second window and I wait there for almost 10 minutes, no one comes over to check if we are there. Then the MANAGER come over doesn’t say hi how are you or anything hands is our food aggressively and then when I confront her for the mistreatment she is also unbelievably rude. Our fries were dumped in that bag, cold and flavorless. I’m not usually critical and I know everyone has hard days but this was the worst experience at a McDonalds.

This morning I went and got a mocha frappe on my app they were out so I said I would take Carmel that she offered. I get my drink it wasn’t even 3 quarters full and she fills the rest with whip cream. I say something to her about it being so low she acted clueless. I have had the same girl make ice coffees before and they are not good.The ice coffee will not even be mixed on the bottom. Only time I ever have a problem with my drink she makes it. I think more shadowing is needed to make sure everyone does the same thing. I wish I could put my picture of my drink on here but no place to add it. Also she put it in a different cup not even in a frappe cup I always get and it had a soda lid on it.

Whoever works the morning shift at this mcdonald’s either needs help with more employees or needs another job. they complain about how night shift didn’t do their job etc which is why he can’t take the order. finally got it and asked for more butters he said he already put some in the bag we said yes may we please have a few more because we had multiple orders and he got even more agitated. the car behind us also drove away after ordering behind us because it took so long 🙂 not enjoying it please pay people more so you can have more staff

McDonald’s expectations for consistency were met I only order deluxe double quarter pounder with cheese, no fries which makes it expensive for a hamburger but I cherish their hours of operation, their consistency, and restrooms
