It’s very good. Great customer service. Very sweet and humble. The hot dogs are delicious. You can change the type of meat you want. Polish boy is more money but totally worth it. Garlic Parmesan fries are great. Good deal for a meal. Definitely coming back!

Only the fries were ok everything else I ordered was subpar for the money I paid. First off my jumbo diner dog was supposed to have sauerkraut, onions, and mustard. I added chilli sauce and ketchup to that and asked to go light on the mustard. What I got was a jumbo dog with a couple strands of sauerkraut, barely any chilli at all, no mustard at all no onions at all and the ketchup was barely noticeable. The burger patties were overcooked it was a very dry burger and I don’t know what makes it a french onion burger it was a cheeseburger with grilled onions because anything else that was listed such as the crispy onions or the french onion sauce weren’t on the burger. The simple dog had a tad bit more chili sauce than my jumbo one at least but it was tan in color so strange like literally beige. The fries were good. I won’t be returning I paid $7 for my jumbo hot dog alone and if your gunna skimp out on the toppings so much to the point where I can’t even taste them and then completely miss ingredients that were supposed to be on the food item then what’s the point im over paying for a hot dog on a bun.

Used to be so good, but just not worth it with the price increases. $7 for a hot dog is kind of crazy. They messed our order up but fixed it quickly. The burger was okay but not seasoned. Used to be so much better and a great treat every once in a while. We will stick to Happy Dog for novelty hot dogs now since the pricing is the same and atmosphere is better.

Was on vacation and tried this cute burger joint. A true diamond in the rough, this tiny diner keeps it simple while serving fresh delicious food. The owner is such a nice dude, quirky, just like his restaurant, which sparkles with personality! The prices are great, and the burgers definitely give many other places a run for their money!

Excellent food, great prices, cute dine in atmosphere. Only thing I suggest is asking for no ice with drinks. My daughter and I dined there today. Wonderful food. Great service. But at the bottom of our cups was black mold covered ice . So I highly suggest they decontaminate their ice machine. After all, that’s usually what makes ppl sick when they dine out contrary to popular food beliefs. The food is highly recommended tho!!

This place really needs to invest in updating the restaurant. My food absolutely didn’t have any flavor. I went to go get some ketchup out the bottle. The ketchup wouldn’t come up the bottle. All the chairs are old and about to fall apart. Was not worth to drive to parma

I love this place for hotdogs. Great selections and always wonderful people. My hubby was so excited to see poutine on the menu, so we got the bacon cheeseburger option. Apparently it’s supposed to be “swimming” in gravy. We didn’t get a drop at all. The paper is still dry… Unfortunately, he wasn’t happy. Still good but not poutine.

This iconic Cleveland landmark recently changed hands with the family of the original owners taking over. The location itself definitely need some updating, kind of grungy, smelly with fryer Grease Etc but the menu is very eclectic, service was very good, the place was busy at lunch, and the menu selections offered different size servings of hot dogs Etc. I had the hillbilly dog which had chili and coleslaw and I can say that the hot dog itself was awesome a nice crispy outside hot inside chewy texture and good quality. The sandwich was messy but very enjoyable. So good to see people in the Parma area supporting this restaurant as the new owners take over and make improvements. I can definitely recommend.

Was craving a good Chili Dog – this is not the place. The chili was so spicy I couldn’t eat my complete order; the onions were not cut well (too large); and the bun was soggy. Very disappointing.
