Great spot. A new place for us to venture to. Chef in the kitchen was incredibly friendly and really wanted to ensure you enjoyed your meal. Couple of the servers and manager was pleasant and friendly. Great little gifts for souvenirs and their live for their desert really showed. Very friendly regulars there to help you decide on your meal, too

The extraordinary fine weather encouraged a drive out to Blue Diamond for breakfast at Cottonwood Station and to hopefully see a wandering burro.

No burros sighted, but did eat pretty well.

Apricot Pork Belly Toast ($15): Decent amount of cheese, lots of chopped tomatoes, and a few scatterings of pork, apricot, and basil atop a halved slice of sourdough, with swirls of oil and vinegar.

Seattle Cider ($6): For the 10oz option.

Value: Not too terrible for practically the only sit-down restaurant in a relatively remote location.

Service: Pleasant.

Atmosphere: Homey diner+general store vibe, largish patio with firepit. Music was by the likes of Johnny Cash and Hank Williams.

Great breakfast and lunch place located out of Las Vegas off blue diamond road. Lots of trail bike riding customers. Lots of out of the town customers. This place has indoor and outdoor seating. They have a fireplace outside. Plus an outdoor glass heater for customers outside. It was pretty crowded. This place has gluten free pizza on the menu. Unfortunately they were out of the dough. So I can’t tell how good it was. There French fries with Parmesan cheese was good. So was there decaf coffee. Gluten free cookie was ok. They have lots of other items for breakfast and lunch.

We went here to visit Blue Diamond on a rainy day for fun and it was an awesome experience! The place was packed on a Saturday afternoon and we waited 10 minutes in line. We ordered and sat down and got our food within 10 minutes.
I ordered the Caprese sandwich and my boyfriend ordered the BLT (because they were sold out of smash burgers). We also got a side of fries, $8 for fries is very pricy but they were delicious so I’ll give it a pass.
Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and delicious, yet semi pricy, food.

Highly recommend this cute, fun restaurant! BBQ pizza and grilled cheese were yummy. Cauliflower bites were delicious! Cider was light and fresh. Vegan pizza was mostly good, but mine was missing artichokes. Adding vegan cheese would be nice to hold it together better, but the veggies were fresh.

No kids menu, and tables are open seating after you order, but we didn’t have to wait long during Saturday lunch rush. Try them out!

1st time here. Not much of a wait despite a dirt bike event happening less than 1/4 mile away.
Ordered the beet salad. Cashier asked if i wanted greens or spinach. I said greens but got almost a plate full.of spinach. Ordered extra crispy, but not burnt truffle fries. Received stale and limp fries. Ordered a vegan pizza. It was just ok.
If you’re in the area, stop by. But i.wouldnt make a special trip out of it.

The Cottonwood station is in a small town in the Red Rock Canyon area. It is very popular and usually busy. You will stand in line to order your food and then get a table. The wings were superb. The view of the mountains is a bonus.

Patience is key, restaurant is fairly new employees are not used to the rush. Social media has brought here. But food and atmosphere is worth it. Food was solid. Can taste the quality and appreciate the craftsmanship. Coffee was lacking, food came out quick considering the rush. Would recommend this place, weather and scenery is a plus.

We stopped here for a late lunch/early dinner while on a family vacation. The small town meets hip brewery vibe was nice. The outdoor patio allowed dogs as well as had heated benches and a fire table. It is a counter service restaurant, sadly. The pizza was delicious, though, and it had fresh toppings. The biggest issue I had was the price. It was $68 for three 12-inch pizzas!! And we didn’t have anything super fancy, just two pepperoni and one supreme. They were the size and thin-crust style of a frozen pizza from the store, like Jack’s or Tombstone Pizza. That price doesn’t include drinks, either. We all had water, which we had to get for ourselves from the jug of ice water on the self-service cart. While I understand this place is close to Las Vegas, the prices are too high for what you’re getting.

Away from Vegas is this little oasis of normality. 30 minutes drive with some nice views on the way gets you proper English tea in a pot! Our server rustled up a brownie sundae for us which was great. Just nice to get away from the hustle of Vegas to talk with friends .
Sweet motor in the car park as well.
