Went to buffalo wild wings in Boynton Beach on Congress. I typically order online. I ordered a kids meal cheeses burger and fries with wings. The kids meal doesn’t give you the option to pick any other drink other than milk. My kid is allergic to milk when I went to pick up my food the server gave my attitude about changing the milk for some other drink. Then I received my wings and they were absolutely disgusting dry old and burned… I’m super disappointed because the food is to expensive for the food to not be made fresh.

I’ve eaten here so many times—probably more than 20—that I’m surprised I forgot to leave a review. The staff is polite and helpful. The food could definitely be better, but it’s still good. Sometimes the chicken comes out a bit shredded or undercooked, and the sauce can be a bit scarce, but overall, it’s a solid spot. It could be improved, but it never really disappoints. But it really is expensive—honestly, it doesn’t make sense to go on any day other than Tuesday. They should definitely reconsider their pricing. One single wing is almost $2, which is pretty crazy for such a tiny piece. At least on BOGO Tuesdays, it comes down to about $1 per wing, which feels a lot more reasonable. (I’m someone who needs 30 wings to feel full, lol.)

This rating is all for our waiter…Frank! THE best customer service ever! He made sure our drinks stayed full, our orders were correct, and our time was great. Frank needs to be the example for ALL of BW’s staff. Our food was hot and delicious, and we never had to wait for a refill. And his whole attention to service was just phenomenal. GREAT job Frank!! AND to top it all off, my daughter forgot her ear bud on the table. When we went back, Frank had it wrapped up and put safely away. Frank is THE BEST!!!

Food and Service are always solid at this location. Never had an issue, and we go here a lot. Staff are always friendly and attentative (and that’s even during football games). Aside from the fact that they removed the nachos from the sampler, I’ll let it slide. Haha. Great place locally to enjoy a game or just have a great casual meal.

I’ve tried them a few times and it’s just not for me. The food isn’t bad but the sauce is too thick like a paste. Nothing wrong with that but it’s just not for me, tasted ok. The service never fails to disappoint though. The host was clueless, the server was polite but got everything wrong and then brought the did and forgot the beer which we had to pick up from the bar ourselves WHICH again was the wrong beer. And with only two other tables in the whole place,I still had to flash down the server for the check 20 minutes after we were all done. Maybe the lunch crew was just new but like I said; Everytime it’s something else.

It happens to be veterans Day, and they are nice enough to give free boneless wings to us veterans. So I stopped in and sat at the bar. This review isn’t about the food, I can get good wings and burgers at a lot of places, it’s about the service. I’ve never been to this location before but am a fan of Buffalo wild wings. It was pretty busy and as I had a few beers and enjoyed my food, I watched this bartender Frank service everybody at the bar. I’ve never seen somebody portray such appreciation for service members, he was not only nice and conversational, but made time to speak to every veteran that stopped in feel super special. His comment to me when I told him I appreciated him was “because of your service is why I have the freedom to provide my service”. Seriously! Looking forward to coming back to this location, hopefully I’ll be lucky enough to get Frank as my bartender. Thank you for the great service!

Best Philly Cheesesteak & Outstanding Service!
Buffalo Wild Wings absolutely nailed it! Their Philly cheesesteak was the best I’ve ever had—hot, fresh, and perfectly cooked. The service was phenomenal, with the kitchen, bar, and wait staff all on top of their game. Everything came out quickly and just right. Great food, great atmosphere—I’ll definitely be back!

This place is ridiculously awful, I went there on Monday evening it wasn’t really busy, they tool 10 to sit down. And 45 minutes just to get my food. I will not come back to this establishment again

Whenever I’m craving wings, this is always my go-to place. Even though I’m not really into spicy wings, I absolutely love the Garlic Parmesan wings they’re definitely my favorite. The atmosphere is fun, the food hits the spot every time, and it’s a great place to hang out and enjoy good wings.

Was here for the Super Bowl. Frank was Awesome, really was on top of things with our party of 7. We split checks with no issues like I have run into at other places. Request Frank if you want a relaxing evening with no issues and tons of beer.
