There’s a reason you only hear good things about this place. Service was friendly and the food came out within 10 minutes. I ordered the California burger, 3 piece chicken tenders and Cajun fries. The burger was fresh and juicy and the ingredients and flavor are well balanced. The fries were crispy and well seasoned. The chicken tenders were crispy and juicy with a unique, slightly sweet flavor. All that for $15 before tip is a steal to say the least. Hands down the fastest and freshest fast casual style dining experiences I’ve had. Talk about a great first impression!

I’m trying my best to not go left because CHRIS P. in the drive thru has TRASH CUSTOMER SERICE AND ENERGY!!!!!! No one answers the phone no matter how many times you call or leave a vmail no one reports back!!! This will be my last final time buying from this establishment. Replace the drive thru worker for one cause always give bad energy and he does not use his brain !!!!!! I will be coming back up there to get a REFUND because y’all have lost ya minds and a loyal customer ON GOD I’m never ordering here again. Anybody that eats from here check your food before you leave !!!!!!! Came in around 10:00 pm on a Saturday, service was friendly and respectful. The food was good! I had a Frisco Melt with Cajun Fries and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone.
Restaurant has a sort of retro look to it, which makes it a nice burger joint. Will def be back!

I come here all the time and get the same thing, I’m not sure what happened. The burger was hot and cold at the same time? The meat was warm but the cheese was like cold. The left is how it normally looks and the right it was I just received

Sean’s Shack serves up delicious burgers for “fast food” pricing but with sit down quality. Service is fast! They come to your table, take your order and food is out quickly. I had a burger on sour dough. You can order extra patties if you want a big burger! We did not. There is plenty of seating and parking.

Very good gluten free bun. I have been enjoying Sean’s for nearly two years. I always order the Carolinian on a gf bun. I took a friend with me recently who had not been to Sean’s. She ordered the Frisco quad. Oh my! It looks so good. I have dietary restrictions so I am not sure if the sauce is gluten free or not. I have called and called, asked at the drive thru (server and I both forgot and I drove off with a Carolinian) plus messaged through FB. I finally received a response but my question is still unanswered. Maybe one day I will be able to order the Frisco quad. Other than this, food and service both have always been top notch.
My sister came for a visit and she prefers Sean’s over Snoopy’s. Never thought that would happen. Looking forward to the frisco quad this week.

Sean’s Shack is hands-down serving the BEST burger I’ve had anywhere in Raleigh and that’s saying something! Brittany took amazing care of us! Our food was Juicy, perfectly seasoned, cooked to absolute perfection, and stacked with fresh toppings that actually taste like they were picked just for my order. Every bite was pure magic. Friendly service, great vibes, and food that makes you want to come back the next day (and the day after that). If you’re in Raleigh and you love burgers, stop what you’re doing and get to Sean’s Shack. You can thank me later.
