If pizza is one of your favorite foods, this place is an absolute must! One of the best deep-dish pizza spots I’ve come across. The crust is so tasty and flaky, it’ll leave you wanting more. Be sure to dip it in their buttermilk ranch, it’s amazing! Their buffalo wings are also a total chef’s kiss . The location has a fun sports bar vibe, and since it’s open and breezy inside, I’d recommend bringing a sweater if you get cold easily.

Had to stop here.. My last name is Rantz (sounds the same). One of the best Chicago Style pizzas I’ve ever had! Be ready for a 40min wait per Pie but completely worth it!

Delicious… it’s 30 to 40b minutes for pizza and they have it clearly on menu and at front of counter. So, start ordering as soon as you can, we had a big group! Which they accommodated and was good service

Very good Chicago-style deep dish, which is next to impossible to find in SoCal. You can tell that they did their homework. Service was prompt and friendly. Prices are very reasonable and toppings were very generous. A medium pizza with three toppings will feed a party of two at least three times over, so be prepared to be munching on pizza for a few days. We had been anticipating our visit to Rance’s and I’m glad we went!

This was my 1st time ever trying authentic Deep Dish Chicago pizza and wow! I understand now why people need to use forks and knives when eating this style pizza! Pizza was incredibly delicious! You can taste all the individual ingredients! Large selection of draft beers with very competitive pricing! Our server was very attentive and had a great personality. The atmosphere was also great with nice decor, clean chairs and tables. My girlfriend and I will definitely be returning the next time we’re in Long Beach!

I’ve had pizza all over the country. This pizza was by far the most delicious pizza I’ve ever had. Tavern style wasn’t my favorite until now. The crust was layers of crispy deliciousness. The sausage, perfect. I’m still thinking about this pizza two days later and will continue to until I can make the 50 mile drive to enjoy it again. Wendy at the bar was fantastic. I can hardly wait to visit again!

I’ve had Rance’s for carry out many times and it’s always a hit with friends. I recently dined in and will definitely be doing it more often. The restaurant is open and had a great atmosphere. The Carnivore pizza was thick, filling, and packed with meat while still being super flavorful and not greasy. The bacon maple bourbon wings were unreal. Sweet, smoky, crispy, and honestly addictive.
Portions are generous, everything tasted fresh, and it is definitely one of those places you keep coming back to. Highly recommend if you are in the area.
