Wendys is usually our go to fast food because it has healthier options like baked potatoes and chili. We decided to pick up drive thru for a quick dinner. The employees were so short and sounded annoyed and miserable. I also received a cherry coke when I asked for a diet coke. Food tasted fine with the exception of the soda issue. It the wait and lack of customer service made me wish I had driven a little further for a better experience.

I arrived here 9:56 to pick a DoorDash order, the dining closes at 10pm. I asked to make an exception since it’s literally 4 mins to closing and I’m already in the drive thru plus there’s a line and y’all catch a attitude, and lie about the food ain’t ready so I might as well come inside… the time it wouldn’t taken me to pull out the drive thru and pull up, park, then walk inside would’ve been passed 10pm.
Not to mention I’ve came here before to pick up and it wasn’t 10pm yet the dining was closed.

Dannys service was amazing, he did everything with a smile and worked considerably with a long line in the Wendys. He seriously exceeded the average expectations of a food worker and makes me want to go to this Wendy’s. These kind of team members make you feel at home!

First time here and this is my impression:
1. Expensive if you compare size of the food. ( I ordered number 1). And by the way they didn’t give me the receipt.
2. The presentation of the food for “dine in” is really depressing just like in the photo.
3. They forgot to gave me the cup to drink my combo and the cashier looks like they spit on you anger without reason. I know is not a dream job but at least try a little bit.
4. FRIES ARE AMAZING really good. Hamburger just normal taste. Coke by machine only.
I hope to get a better experience in other branches of this restaurant.

DO NOT PURCHASE FOOD FROM THIS LOCATION! while fulfilling orders, employees did not wear gloves and were touching food with their dirty hands that were being used to touch everything else… very unsanitary. employees were very behind on schedule. the drive thru was backed up and in store it took forever to get serviced

If you create an order for a pickup it wont matter to them. I waited 15 minutes, went to the store to pickup the order and they say they wont do the order for me until i get in line and wait my turn. It was a long line. Why do they allow a pickup order then? They can jist say they dont have that service. Dumb

The customer service at this location is poor . This sauce splatter has been in the same spot for over 3 months . Instead of talking trash and attempting to belittle customers. Staff needs to work on keeping the dining area/ store clean .

Just went to the drive thru to make an order, just got home to the wrong order.
I order 2 Pretzel Baconator and they give me chicken which we don’t like chicken all day working to eat something we were craving to this so disappointing.
I called and phone its not even ringing. We would like to have a refund.

Worst location I’ve ever been to. They served me a brown slimy salad and then argued trying to convince me it wasn’t brown. They refused to issue a refund for the brown slime salad… gross customer service. It’s also rather dirty for a Wendy’s location.
