Rose Blue
We had gotten our food but it was not so good at all. The fries were very dried up and the Crispy chickens we had was weird. The buns were burned everywhere and it looked dry too with basically nothing in it. It took about 20 minutes to make a Ice mocha and when they had brought out it was so dark it wasn’t even ice mocha. They brought it out again but it was basically the same drink I’m guessing. A few cars passed us waiting too long as well. I’m assuming someone in the kitchen just don’t know how to cook or care enough to cook properly.

Terrible experience today. Went through one of the drive through lanes. When it was my turn, no one answered me. I kept on saying “Hello”. After 6 minutes I left and went around to the other drive through lane. When they gave my my order, they gave me a soft drink instead of the coffee I ordered. They proceeded to tell me that that is what I ordered and that is what I was charged for. I showed them the receipt and said “no, I ordered a coffee and was charged for a coffee.”
Then they told me to drive to the next window for the coffee. After 7 minutes, they finally gave me my coffee.
Terrible experience today. I will go to a different McDonald’s next time.

What could I tell you about McDonald’s that a billion people already? Don’t even know if you like cheeseburgers. And chicken sandwiches, I recommend you go there. If you like breakfast with burritos and hotcakes and sausage I would recommend

I’ve never had better service at a McDonald’s before. I came in asking about the new toys because my sister is collecting them. So freaking nice!! And I was confused on my order number too, and this lady greeted me with a smile and let me know it was my order. So nice!! Thank you!
Also this new Gold Sauce is freaking delicious!!!

The manager who drives a blue pick up truck has no regard for his customers. When my family was finished with breakfast and went to our car in the parking lot, his truck was parked inches from mine. He parked so far over the line his truck was actually in my spot. There was absolutely no way to get the baby in his car seat, and no way for the driver to get in. We had to go into the restaurant, find out who’s truck it was, which then found out it belonged to the manager. What was he thinking when he parked? He was going to leave it like that all day and trap the customer’s car there? With no access to their drivers side of the car?? Some people unfortunately don’t care about others, only themselves. The food and service of the restaurant was great, however my family and I will never return because of the manager and his lack of knowing how to park at his own place of business.

Management needs to know that the doors to the southeast of the building are EXTREMELY dangerous because of the drive thru lanes passing by these doors. My child almost got hit by a drive thru car going by because he seemed upset and drove off really quickly from the drive thru window. Am attaching pictures of where the doors are compared to the drive thru. You need to put a STOP sign for the drive thru cars by these doors!!!
