Ben’s Deli is one of those places that deserves to be on a TV show for small little hometown places. It is so past exceptionally good food it’s crazy. Save yourself the trouble of questioning whether or not to go here, and just do it.
It’s cash only, very very VERY reasonably priced(honestly so cheap for the quality and portion sizes) AND all the food is made to order. 10/10 would recommend a hundred million times if I could.
I love the steak bomb on a bun, Cajun fries and the lo mein and egg rolls!

1st x there. I got hubby Po-boy that y not unwrap u can see thru the wrapper it is so full of shrimp. I did 1/2 Shr 1/2 F platter hush puppies soft & good, potato salad sweet and the plate was so full they couldn’t close it which is great for the price. Will definitely be back.

Food is amazing and the prices are so awesome for the amount of food you get. This is a to-go food place but it’s a must try place. Some of the best po-boys and fried rice on the Gulf Coast. I promise you will not be disappointed!! FYI It’s a cash only business.

Food is off the chain. That means good. The shrimp platter will not disappoint if you like quality and quantity. Because they can’t even close the platter all the way because the shrimp is over flowing out of it. The steak booms poboy is to die for. That means it’s good. Even priced good you have to try.

I’ve heard so much about this place! My expectations were met with the quality and definitely the quantity of food received. I ordered the Seafood Platter – half shrimp and half oysters. I was pleased and definitely will return. I was NOT disappointed – weather was bad and I had driven over from Gautier, so I pulled into a gas station and enjoyed my meal.
I was looking so hard that I missed the building. If you’re heading West, slow down when you see Elliott Homes on the right; they are right next to them. If you’re not really sure where it’s located, you’ll pass them right up. Parking is kind of different. It’s more like, get in where you fit in.
My only draw back was, the young lady at the window wasn’t pretty friendly. I was going to order something else, but after I felt rushed, I went with what I knew I wanted for sure. She handed me the little beeper to let me know when my food was ready (I appreciated this feature).

Ben’s Deli, by far has the BEST SHRIMP POYBOY’S ON THE COAST. I’ve been coming here for over a decade, never had a bad meal. The shrimp overflows the sandwich. Excellent prices, QUICK service. I’ll be back….

I typically go to Ben’s Deli for the fried rice and my fiancé gets the shrimp po boy plain. Today we decided to try the steak and cheese and the steak bomb. I will never get it again! The bread was hard and falling apart and the meat was not seasoned, they gave more veggies than meat too. Unfortunately I think we have ran our course with Ben Deli, and the customer service is not great what so ever. It’s sad.
