Guy that handed me food had no gloves on and his hands were covered in red chile, the bag was covered in red chile and every item had red chili fingerprints on it. Kinda actually disgusting. Dude just closed the window and didn’t help. I always go to this location and now I will never. Work on your employment and make sure you better interview people and have proper managers managing there employees better. He was a bit shorter and had black hair.

I’m customer who wanted a hot meal and Everytime I order my food something is wrong. Is not the customer fault… We spending money to make y’all a pay check. Cold burgers and Sloppy Dogs doesn’t make me happy. Employee needs more training Because a Customer shall always be first and a employee shall do what ever they can to make the customer happy. Not threatening the customer because they had issue in the past. Is this customer giving chances to get it right.

The worst Bob’s burger when it comes to customer service. When I went in to order they messed up my order. Besides messing it up it was a mess they just threw everything in the bag chili spilled bag with soaked with chili chili was all over the fries when I asked them about it they gave me a new bag to put it in a new wraps to wrap my food they didn’t do it for me. I called spoke with the manager who gave me a credit. When I went back they messed up again. Instead of properly remaking the order they just scraped off their mistake and reroute my food. Do not recommend them unless you want bad service and bad food. The second picture is where I ordered my food with no onions and as you can see instead of remaking it they scraped off as much as possible and rewrap my food

Just came to visit Albuquerque for the first time today for the large hot air balloon festival along with see family. I went to Bob’s burger for my first stop. I spoke with a beautiful person named LeAnne (apologies if I spelled your name wrong) and asked for some good recommendations. Leanne was super helpful!! She knew a lot of the items off the bat from menu ! She even asked questions regarding my own preference taste preference. I like spicy food so the green chile she recommended was right up my alley. She was amazing! If I was a secret shopper, she would pass with flying colors and get a double raise and bonus.. it was almost closing yet the customers service Leanne provided was top notch !! Thank you Leanne ! I can clearly hard work and dedication and I hope it doesn’t go unnoticed. The came out great – very fresh!! That green chile is awesome ! Definitely would recommend her and this location.

One of the first places we go to after traveling to get our New Mexico chili fix. Taco Burgers and Ranchero Burgers are fantastic. Green or Red chili is top notch and a New Mexico staple to eat at.

I ordered a frito pie for dinner, I was given mostly Fritos, not so much chili & barely any garnish. On top of that, the workers had put my frito pie upside down in the bag, so when I opened it up when I got home, my food looked like this. Thanks bobs burgers

Guys! I came here at 4:45 on Friday with no one in the drive-thru and no one in the lobby and ordered one meal. Just one regular meal and it took over 20 minutes to make. Over 20 minutes. That is just absolutely absurd. There is no reason it should ever take that long for anything. It’s an embarrassment. Every other Bob’s burgers location is way better than that. Don’t waste your time here.

I come to this location because it’s close to me & almost every visit something is wrong. The wait can be very long sometimes & that can be understandable if they were busy & people were getting fresh food but that’s not the case. I unfortunately receive the food that tastes like it’s been sitting out for who knows how long. I let it go the first couple times but for this to keep happening even after I request in the nicest way for them to please make the food fresh they don’t care & I still receive old tastings food especially the fries it’s like they re-dip old fries into the fryer or something, they have a stale taste. My experience there is disappointing lately especially because I truly liked the food from Bob’s Burgers but this location is ruining it for me.
