I get the grilled chicken wraps from Wendy’s all the time. My 1st time visiting this location and not only was my food made horribly, the manager was rude and closed the window on me. This chicken ranch wrap cost $7.12 by itself! I opened it up and there was literally no chicken. Just a huge tortilla. I took it right back l, like literally within 2 minutes and the manager comes to the window and said you only get one scoop of chicken. Sir this is just a tortilla. He was not compromising. I asked for my money back and he just closed the window. Got my money and will never be back! Nobody would pay for this crap!

❄️✨ Hey Y’all Precious Souls of God . i’m thankful that my daughter & i came over to this Wendy’s after having a very disrespectful & humiliating experience at the Subway (2892 Plainfield Rd-near Louis Joliet Mall) not far from here a little over an hour or so ago. That’s another discussion
i thank God for & appreciate Crystal (as well Marisol-Manager on duty) for welcoming us sooo nicely. They both listened to me. Also, Crystal was very accommodating as well as ready to help with the various requests i had. These ladies made our time at the restaurant worth the visit .
We’ve eaten here various times before in the past. I decided to leave a review tonight to express my appreciation. The service here was vastly different (in a good way) than what we previously encountered at the Subway⬆️ this eve. God continually help, bless & keep all you precious Souls. Well this second time going to loction since close the Larkin Ave Wendy’s. First was a mobile order that was gotten chicken sandwich instead of Son of baconatter sandwich. Today they must be trying to save the plant by smashing burgers in the bags with fries and nuggets. Then for to miss a nuggets. Was the only in the drive thru at time. When I went to get my nugget only 2 customer in Wendy’s. Won’t be going to this loction anymore.

Wendy’s used to be my favorite chicken sandwich. Their quality has really gone downhill. This one was pretty bad. The bun was flat and soggy. The lettuce was old and limp. I think I’m done with Wendy’s. Wait — The chocolate Frosty is still the best!

I had a very disappointing experience today. Over the past week I went to this location to get the $3 son of baconator for my family. I only went here because it was closer to me. 2 out of 3 times I was over charged and had to get my money for the extra refunded. However the patties were thicker. Today I went there i ordered the same. Today the burger patties were extreme thin and very small. They never answer the phone so I drove back in rain snow mix. The manager wouldn’t even look at the burgers!!! He got mad and said well they were making them wrong and this is right! I said I think I’m getting ripped off they were wrong 3 out of 3 times and you’re right today? Give me a refund. He refused and said, ” I CANNOT GIVE YOU A REFUND! I CANT DO THAT! ” He didn’t even look at them! I WILL NOT go back to this location!

That old Hispanic lady would not give me my food despite me trying to show her my uber eats as proof that the Dave’s triple + large strawberry lemonade she set aside (with my name on it) was in fact mine. Why? because I was on foot and not in a car (my tractor trailer was parked near planet fitness).
I ended up canceling the order instead ♂️ ♂️. If you are reading this, just got to McDonald’s or Steak ‘n Shake. What a wasted.

Yesterday around 2pm I walked into the Wendy’s for a quick meal with my family and only to my surprise I hear screaming and yelling coming from the kitchen and and I turn the corner to see a large bulldog looking man standing over and screaming at all of his employees, the cashier and all of the workers have the energy that they are being held hostage I didn’t even wait more than a minute for my food and continued to be frightened myself by the screaming of the manager ordering his workers to hurry up this is not the environment I would like to eat in it made even myself and my children feel unsafe we decided to change our order from dine in to to go someone please send that man to anger management because he has created a toxic environment that NO ONE wants to eat at

If I could give a zero star review I would. The manager this morning around 10:30am needs to be retrained or replaced. I was waiting on a door dash order at 10:25 with little assistance or communication. 10 minutes later she yells from around the corner we can’t make that sorry it’s too late very rudely as if it wasn’t a big deal. Meanwhile as I wait she’s talking about taking people to strip clubs and she does a certain employee turn 18 so she can take them to a strip club smh. Definitely need to do better.

First bite of chicken sandwich chipped tooth caused pain .something hard . Never trying it again .fries were hard took them home tried bite .nope .bad too what happened to this place it’s realy horrible spend $10 and cant eat it without dental or stomach problems now
