This location shut down for a couple of months, then opened under new management. Everyone at our office had quit going to BK because the food, service, and speed were horrible, so we hoped the reopening under new management would indicate an improvement in any of those categories. Sadly, that’s not the case. Over 10 minutes in the drive thru to be given first the wrong order, then to get my actual order and have it be cold and wrong. The office consensus is: we won’t be going back.

Absolutely awful. I had accidentally placed an order at this location. We waited in the drive thru line for about 25 minutes and it wasn’t moving, we then decided to park and go inside to see what was going on and hopefully pick up our order a little quicker. We were never greeted after standing in line for another considerable amount of time.
The employees weren’t working together at all, no communication…just yelling, not one “I’ll be with you in a moment” to any customer in line…it was pure chaos.
We left, I’m still trying to get reimbursed for my order that was never picked up.
We will never go back to that location again.

Every time I come here it looks like nothing is ever wiped down. The tables have always have finger prints everywhere and the windows are smudged. The floors always look dirty. I just question how often everything is cleaned

On October 24th, 2025, I went through the drive-thru at approximately 12:15 p.m., I ordered a vegetarian Whopper and it was repeated back to me as an impossible Whopper, I stated I didn’t want an impossible Whopper but a Whopper without meat. I stated that Burger King has been doing this for about 40 45 years. The person working the window stated he didn’t have to take the abuse and then told me to go somewhere else. All I did was try to explain what it was. I called today on the 25th to complain about that employee and apparently the manager is the one working the window that day. I was speaking with the manager about the situation when he started yelling at me about them never marketing this sandwich I wanted. I know for a fact that for 45 years this is the alternative that they offered for a vegetarian sandwich. It’s been a different price than it’s Whopper, and is cheaper than the impossible. So after getting yelled at by the manager on the phone for about 3 minutes I decided I was going to go a couple different routes to get my point across. I don’t have to take that kind of abuse.

This place definitely should have stayed closed. Put in a mobile order, I get there, the workers are just walking out the restaurant. I ask what’s going on, dude says we’re closed because they don’t have the staff. I say what about my food, I had a order, he just throws his hands up and says I don’t know, gets in his car and leaves.

3 in the afternoon and when I asked for ketchup for my fries I was told by the counter girl they were out of ketchup, REALLY! Take any employee and send them to the nearest Burger King and get more. I hope you don’t run out of buns. I won’t return to this poorly run store.

Terrible waited 20 minutes to get the wrong food then 10 more to get it fixed and the chicken in the wraps I got were as small as chicken nuggets and the fresh sandwich wasn’t fresh and the fries were meh barely warm ! Plus they locked the lobby doors b4 6 pm and had to wait to get in to fix my order but the fact that both lobby doors were locked tells me it wasn’t accidental when lobby doesn’t close till 10 ?! You’d have to pay me to go back kinda wish it hadn’t reopened!

Well they closed up shop and reopened recently thought I’d give them a try again downloaded app and instantly deleted app… Ordered food from mobile app showed up 20 min later and still had to pull ahead and wait for my order to be made…… Very very poor customer service still….. Guess the manager could my teach any service. Got home And the food was just mediocre. I definitely will still be going to McDonald’s next door at least there food is hot and ready when I pull up.
One of the worst bks in the state of Michigan on 44th Street. Last time they couldn’t even open lobby…. Next time there menus weren’t even working to decided what I would like to eat….. They really just need to close this bk….. Staff is intolerable food was disgusting. Tasted like old dried out grease. Ordered a jr burrito two bites then put in trash. They got mtn dew bottles just sitting in grill / cook area…. Very unsanitary

I have absolutely no idea what the hell happened after this place closed and re-opened. But its absolutely terrible. They are standing around not doing anything in the drive thru and only one item of our food sitting on the table and ignoring us so we had to leave. Sounds like someone needs to go in for corporate and see the ’employees’ who are getting paid for not working. We didnt even get the receipt because my boyfriend was about to be late for work because of this. I mean come on. Do better.

If you want to get what you order stop now & go elsewhere. This restaurant may have reopened but they have trouble getting orders correct. So maybe they should have stayed closed… don’t waste your money at this location.
