I had a great experience at Smashburger! The customer service was excellent, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. We ordered the Double BBQ Bacon Smash and the Double Spicy Jalapeño Smash, both of which were absolutely delicious. The burgers were juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. For sides, we had the Brussels sprouts and sweet potato waffle fries, and they were both amazing—crispy, well-seasoned, and full of flavor. Overall, a fantastic meal and excellent service. I will definitely be coming back!

Presentation was beautiful!
The burgers are good! But the flavor is not all there. I don’t know what it’s missing. Maybe incorporating a famous sauce or something.
I’m not necessarily a fan of oily fries, but the Rosemary fries are a great idea, I think the fries are also missing a key ingredient as well.
Don’t get me wrong, Everything tasted good!
I just think with a few changes it can taste great.

Foods not bad but pretty expensive. Similar in taste to steak n shake and Freddy’s. Glad they had sweet potato fries. Burgers are over $6 for a single patty and over $9 for a double patty and they don’t come with a side or drink. Making it a meal is an extra $5. Then the sweet potato fry upgrade was an added fee. Shakes weren’t bad. Oreo is better than strawberry. No tea, only soda and water. Not bad but probably won’t be back.

Pricing here is expensive for what you receive. Very flavorful burgers similar to Steak ‘n Shake, but for double the price. Fries are okay, nothing special. Layout of the restaurant is awkward and confusing, menu is awkwardly placed. The receipt was disgustingly placed underneath my greasy burger, and stuck to it.

I don’t have many good comments. The best thing about my visit was that the fries were ok.
Burger was very dry tasting. I’m not sure if it was the minimal amount of burger sauce or the very big non-brioche bun. The chicken sandwich was a frozen patty that had that very hard crust with overcooked edges of the chicken patty, leaving a salty taste.
My smash tots all 10 of them were ok. Just the portion was insane.
If I want a smash burger experience, I will definitely take my money and business to Hi-Pointe Drive-In.

Contactless delivery but we didn’t hear the knock on the door.
Burger was really good, as were the tots (5-star). Brisket was good (4-star), and the crispy chicken was also good (5-star). The onion rings were tasteless (1-star).

Smash burger, different twists on burgers soft buns and fresh toppings, and smash style sides. If you get french fries or tots smash style, it’s rosemary, garlic and olive oil. tots on the side are pretty small a little pricey for 4 people to eat.

Good big greazzzzy burger. Brussels sprouts were a good option to feel healthy. Side of tots were a little small and the onion rings were crispy! Clean place but the AC was blasting a too hard.
