I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience at Outback Steakhouse. What started as a very stressful morning quickly turned into something incredibly special thanks to the kindness and hospitality of the staff.
Our family had planned my sister’s engagement celebration at another venue, but when we arrived we discovered—without any warning—that it was completely inaccessible, required a 15 minute walk down a large hill that my elderly grandparents were just not capable of with no parking available nearby, and we couldn’t use the space. Scrambling for a last-minute solution, we came to Outback hoping they might be able to accommodate a larger group on short notice.
From the moment we walked in, the hostess, our server, and the manager were unbelievably gracious, accommodating, and understanding. Not only did they welcome our large group, they went out of their way to make sure we could still celebrate such an important milestone. They even closed off a section of booths so we could put up a few decorations and make the space feel festive, helping us salvage what could have been a really disappointing evening.
The kindness didn’t stop there. Everyone on the staff was attentive, warm, and genuinely excited for my sister and her fiancé. At the end of the night, the manager even offered to take a photo of our whole group so we could capture the moment. That small gesture meant so much and truly made the rest of the afternoon feel special despite the rocky start.
What could have been a ruined celebration turned into a joyful memory because of the compassion and hospitality of this team. We are so grateful to the staff for going above and beyond. They didn’t just serve us dinner—they helped rescue a once-in-a-lifetime celebration. Thank you!

Absolutely disappointed with my order from Outback. I used UberEats and it was the restaurant that let me down. I ordered a Chimichurri steak. First, they completely left off the blooming onion petals which was why I partially ordered it in the first place. Secondly- no sour cream for the potato. I also had gotten a kids sirloin for the lunch the next day with rice. The steak was ordered medium and came well done. The rice came in a little bowl and was pretty much soup because it was filled with some kind of oil. I was excited for a good meal and thoroughly disappointed. Since i did ubereats after a long weekend, in no way was i going to drive over there after it all. Very sad and i wish they would do something.

My son and I had a wonderful father-son dinner at Outback Steakhouse. The food was delicious, really well prepared, and everything tasted fantastic. I’ve ordered steaks at places like this before and often struggle to get my preferred doneness, usually it ends up too rare for my liking.
Our waiter, Phillip, was super nice and went above and beyond to help. I told him I wanted medium, although I really like medium rare, and he came up with a great solution: he told the kitchen “medium rare plus,” and it came out perfectly. It made the meal that much more enjoyable.
The steak could have used just a little more salt, but I completely understand they keep seasoning milder for everyone and provide salt at the table. Still, the food was really delicious, and the experience overall was fantastic.
Phillip’s service and attention made this a memorable evening. My son and I had a great time and I’m looking forward to coming back.

My girlfriend ordered a steak with sweet potatoes and broccoli. Get home to find neither of them in the box. Completely wrong sides. I hardly call the food edible. Worst experience ever, I will never return.

They just couldn’t get my rare steak properly cooked. It was amazingly well done. and the rest of the plated food I got was cold. Everyone else at the table was served and eating. Now the waiter was quick to remove the charge and offer up alternative meals but by the time anything else was made the rest of my party would have finished eating. mid meal thre lights were also dimmed. This was a friends meal, and romantic dinner, lighting wasn’t required.

Great experience at the Outback Steakhouse in Canton, GA! We came in later in the evening, but still received fantastic service from our waitress Brooke, who was also working the bar. She was super friendly and attentive.
My wife and I both had the sirloin, perfectly cooked and well-seasoned. Our two young daughters enjoyed their meals too: one had the mac and cheese with fresh strawberries and oranges, and the other had the kids’ sirloin with fruit. Everything came out quickly and tasted great.
Awesome service, great food, and as you expect from Outback, a relaxed family-friendly vibe. We’ll definitely be back.

I had initially had a reservation at a different restaurant for my mother’s surprise 60th birthday party and when we showed up the restaurant was closed for the day with no warning. We called Outback desperate to get in due to this and they were so accommodating with our party of 19. We spoke to the manager and she told us to come on and they’d have a table ready for us. Our server was great, the service was quick and efficient, food was very good and overall a great experience. Thank yall for being so accommodating!

Outback has always been our Fav but our recent experience in Canton was quite a disappointment. It was a Birthday party for my 77 year old husband, party of 6. I don’t usually leave reviews as we are not picky customers but my cocktail and my son’s were not what we had ordered. We informed the waiter and was told, “whatever I put in the system is what was poured by the bartender”. Your drinks are correct ! My son ordered a second one and the same error was repeated. Did not want to cause a commotion as was a birthday party, so we left it alone. My shrimp appetizer was uncooked, the breading was doughy on the inside. I will say for everybody else the food was good as usual. Back to the bar drinks, my husband tried to order several different brands, to be told “out of stock right now”. His usual beer is Yuengling (don’t carry anymore) so he was trying to find a similar but that was also a challenge. Usually is not a problem at most bars. Don’t know what happened at this location for our special party..!! Looks like we will be looking for another steak house…

We ordered pickup on 1/30/26. The steaks were truly disgusting, mostly flabby chunks of fat. This meal made us sick all weekend- it’s Sunday and I just recovered to write this review. If you eat at this location, please know that you are risking your health. If these people had any shame they would refund in full. I’m not going to hold my breath for that.
