Food was cold. The manager needs to be retrained on customer service. She was ride to an elderly woman who had questions about the menu.
Only good note, the place was actually clean, except therefore no straws or tops for the drinks for customers to grab.

This morning I went to Burgerking went through the drive thru order frenchtoast well done and a water , I went to the first window to pay a young man was pleasant told me to pull up to the second window to get food, when I pulled up a woman handed me my food but forgot the water I asked her about the water she slammed the window I looked at my food and the French toast were so greasy I could ring it out literally, when she came back to window with water in her hand I said that they were too greasy could I get them remade she said”NO” she said you wanted them well done , I said yes I said well done not greasy can I get me order replaced she no again rudely I asked for the manager she said she was the manager I then asked for my money back and gave her the food she snatched the food and then threw the water or what contents in the cup in my face in 10 degree weather getting my whole car, hair,face, jacket and wet luckily I had on glasses and slammed the window refusing to give me my refund , I then called Shively Police and when they arrived and took a police report. I told then I wanted assault and robbery charges , the office after a police report was given I asked about my refund were she was refusing to give to them until they explained i filing police report. I’m over here my anxiety through the roof ,I’m disturbed by her actions , and my hands feel like they have frost bite the officers inspected my car because it could mess with my electrical system in my car. This could habe been an avoidable incident. Someone from corporate to call me and address this there is no telling how many other customers this lady has done this too

Service fast and food was decent, my concern is I just left the drive thru and cashier who’s name is Josiah according to the receipt on the had a
gun in his waist in the drive thru. I know that people can have concealed weapons but are you allowed to bring it to a fast food restaurant when you are staff for the drive-thru, is that allowed if so it is very tacky, and uncomfortable, just not a good luck in my opinion. How about get the workers a regular security if things is that bad or hire him as security instead of a cashier.

I had a bad experience with a cashier named Trisha Springer She was very rude even though I gave respect upon ordering my meal. I don’t know if it was just me or she was having a bad day, which made me cautious about letting my guard down when she was making my food she is an older Caucasian lady, which doesn’t matter, but the attitude does. I will not be going here no more even though I love Burger King. That’s one less customer they have to worry about.

I just ordered a Whopper combo at the drive thru. When I got ready to eat my food they had given me grape jam instead of ketchup. How can you not see that a blue pack of jam isn’t ketchup? Also, with no other cars in the drive thru service was ridiculously slow.

See this is wy I don’t eat out at alot of places! Came here on 10/16/25 at 7:02 pm for a quick dinner. When i say, I start eating my food riding home and was SO MAD!!!! my sprite was water down! My fries and burger was cold! Not fresh at all!!! I came home and called to speak with a manager so he said call in the morning for the Gm with my receipt. But I you know what!??? I’m not waisting my time NO MORE ON THAT BURGER KING’S!!!!

Dasher app stated lobby may be open to pick up. Called location at 2 am to check since some restaurants lobby is open 24 hour. Instead of simply saying no the man basically screamed at me and had a hissy fit. This is unacceptable. He should’ve just said no.

Line went all the way out to the road bc they never allow customers to pull up to the second window, probably trying to cut down on “ticket times”, then they didn’t give me all I ordered, put everything together sloppily, and I waited in line for 15+ minutes. Bk can do better.
