I came to visit family out here in Oklahoma and Sonic was just around the corner of their home.
The best thing ever!
My favorite drink to go for was the Strawberry Slushie and a great combination was the Super Sonic Breakfast Burrito.

i went to this location about 30 minutes ago and got three drinks for my family, the carhop who i believed name is Samii has amazing customer service! we somehow lost one of our straws in the time span it took her to go back inside to get our change, when she came back we asked if she had one on her person, she didn’t and absolutely insisted she went back inside to grab one. She completely went out of her way to help, i know it’s small but i just wanted to compliment her.

It’s usually pretty good. It can just be hot and miss on getting your order correct so you definitely need to make sure to check it before you leave. I’ve gotten home a couple of times without something on my order. Luckily I live close and they were good about getting what I didn’t to me but it’s an inconvenience to have to drive all the way back to get food you originally ordered . Overall it’s good but again check your order before you leave so you don’t have that problem or the frustration of turning around or not being able to have it at all if you’re passing through. Or just eat it there if you can.

SONIC…USUALLY PRETTY BUSY, especially at 7am
I walked (i work close) grabbed French toast sticks, and coffee. Amber …took my order,she forgot to add the requested amount t of syrup… In her effort to help customers .. she sent the syrup,the gentleman ran it to me ..for that they deserve a 5 star they went beyond the job description of satisfying a customer! I’ve been to this sonic many times. But today, I ordered on the app and my husband went to pick up. A picture of his footlong coney is attached. Idk why it looks like that but it’s definitely not appealing. We had ordered tots with cheese and did not receive them. I paid like $5 for these tots so I sent him back WITH the receipt to get them. They were so rude and turned it into a 30 minute ordeal. It was insane. Probably won’t order from this location again.

The food is alright all things considered but the service has unfortunately gone very downhill over the last couple of years because it seems they can’t keep employees on top of already having a seemingly minuscule labor budget. There’s always a skeleton crew of 2 people doing their best but orders take too long, people get cranky, and tensions only get worse. I just wish SONIC would pay their employees more instead of having them rely on tips and $8/hr (insane in this economy) because then they could actually keep employees. And I PRAISE the people that have worked there for so long because I promise they do not make enough to deal with all the stress and chaos that is unfortunately thrown at them everyday.

Horrible service. Haley was the carhop at the window. Left me waiting five minutes before taking my payment. Seemed annoyed at the drive thru, while taking my order.

Ordered a three piece chicken tender and chili cheese tots. It took about 12 minutes to arrive. Had to ask for my condiments twice.

I get it, maybe you don’t want to be working on a Tuesday. But the attitude, uncalled for.

This is honestly the worst sonic I’ve ever been to (and I’ve been to many.) I just moved to the area and it’s the closest one to me. I’ve gone a handful of times and each experience has been problematic. They take a very long time to get your order out. I’ve ordered off the app and at the stall, each time it took around 20 minutes to get my order no matter if they are busy or not (usually not.) This last time all I ordered was 2 drinks. The order never came up on the screen and I couldn’t pay. We waited 20+minutes before we ended up just leaving since I hadn’t paid yet. In the past, I’ve parked in the mobile app space and had to flag someone down 15 minutes PAST my expected delivery time to get my order (1 drink) since they don’t have call buttons in these spaces and there is no way to communicate with them. They gave me some free coupon cards that time and the young girl was very apologetic, which was nice. But when I tried to use them the next time (at the drive thru) and an older lady was rude when I showed her my coupon at the window because I was apparently supposed to tell them about it when I ordered (no instructions on the card telling me to do so.) Mind you, I was the only person in line because it was around 7AM so it’s not like they had a bunch of people waiting and I was holding up their progress. At this point, I’ve had so many bad experiences I will just drive further to go to a different sonic.

This is the sonic drive-in closest to where I live and consider it driving. It is the worst. I’ve ever gone to and I literally Every time I come here to order anything takes forever there’s no one working if they are working or outside hip-hop and pop with the people in the car their friends I’ve been waiting now 25 minutes for a zero in which I ordered on the app

Got the popcorn chicken-and there were like, 4-6 (abnormally) large pieces of chicken (more like portions of chickens strips than popcorn chicken) and the rest was some breaded chrunchies. Not bad tasting, but not worth the price.
