McDonald’s- what have I done to you? Who have I angered at the McDonald’s corporation? Why do you vex me so? Is it me? Do my requests fall upon deaf ears? I’ve come here a quite a few times. And every single time I order the same thing. The number 8- a classic, the 2 cheeseburger meal. But I just make the simplest change- no cheese, and extra onions. Used to just be no cheese- but then you guys started removing the onions too for some reason- a reason I’ll probably never know.
But even with all these changes- still you guys just NEVER GET IT RIGHT. And it’s not even just THIS location that does it- it’s happened at the Larkin one too!
Please. For the love of God. All I want is just no cheese and to make sure y’all put onions. Why is this so hard to make happen? WHY?!

The lady at the drive thru this morning had an attitude. They also don’t no know how to read I put on the app no sausage on the Mc griddle and they gave me sausage and no cheese. DO BETTER

I have been going to this McDonald’s for several several years. The experience I had today was definitely horrible and I hate to do this. Obviously, they’re busy. I get that. No problem waiting ordered a chicken wrap, black coffee and fries. I was told when I got to the second window. You have to wait eight minutes I said OK never mind on the wrap. Can I get a cheeseburger? Something simple I heard her talking to the lady back-and-forth which I couldn’t hear it completely. It seems like they were having an argument, which is horrible horrible customer service. I couldn’t even get the opportunity to switch my l For nothing sorry we can’t do that . Very very disappointing not to mention it’s the morning of Thanksgiving 10:20 AM. I gave the cashier my change and I told him happy Thanksgiving, which had been nine dollars or so out of a 20 thinking I was gonna start my day right McDonald’s you need to do better. Full staff I seen like 6 people working visible in the window yet they can’t execute taking a simple order. Instead everyone’s standing around talking to each other looking stupid! No one even came to the mic to attend to me or the car behind me. Only have one job and 6 people can’t even do that. Went next door to Al paraiso I was in and out within 4 minutes I turned around and looked the same cars are sitting for the past 10 minutes in your drive thru.

Burger was good, fries were cold and half empty, service was trash. At the speaker I asked for a large meal twice, he only made the fries large, I didnt notice until after I paid. At the next window I told them I asked for a large coke and she handed me a large root beer. There’s always a problem with this location.

They have a terrible staff at night I went around 10:15 pm and they gave me two mc chicken with nothing just the chicken and bread and it’s not the first time it happens to me when I go at night and it always takes more than 20 minutes for four things
