We come here every time we visit maumelle. Of all the McDonald’s we frequent, this one has been consistently easy to get in and out of and food received promptly. Today was no exception. Quick drive thru ordering and courtesy service. Food was good and that diet coke hits the spot every time! If you don’t know McDonald’s has the best diet cokes.

My family doesn’t eat McDonalds often at all, maybe a few times a year. This visit was a last minute, late meal. Our order was correct with all requested condiments, drinks were good, food was fresh and actually good. Drive thru staff were very pleasant.

So I should’ve checked my burger too before I left so that’s kind of on me but still check this out. I always check the fries and today I received the worst fries ever. Went in, the gave me 2 fresh orders to make up for it so good on them. Then I get home and take a bite of my burger and it’s dang near raw.

Today around 9:40pm I placed an order through the mobile app. I got to the speaker and told them I had a mobile order. The young woman told me to drive to the second window where I met a man that handed me my food and just shut the window. Had to drive back around to get the rest of the thing I paid for and there was still nothing but silence. My husband took a few bites of his food and looked down at his burger and this is what he was served. Just disgusting and upsetting. We’re on the look out now for any signs of him being sick. Pray fully I hope everything is okay and I’ll update my review. This is so horrible. I’ll never in my life be back at this location. I feel bad because I talked him into going to McDonald’s. This is again DISGUSTING. CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU HAND IT OFF TO YOUR KIDS OR LOVED ONES

Went through the drive-thru ordered a Big Mac combo. Had to wait a while for my food. Then when I open my Big Mac there was no meat on the Big Mac. Just lettuce, special sauce, cheese, lettuce and the bun. The fries were cold and I won’t go back

I waited for apple pies which I was told would be ready in 2 1/2 minutes which turned into 7 minutes, so I finally had to get out the car and go in to get them and they had totally forgotten about my order! Needless to say they were hot and fresh! Just hated how long it took to get them!

The chicken sandwich I originally ordered was cold and very dry, it looked liked the oil in the fryers have not been changed for quite some time. I Ordered a different chicken sandwich and again got the same thing. This has been by far the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve had. I will NOT BE COMING BACK!
