This time everything was wonderful the food was exactly what I expected the people were very friendly and helpful am I order only took a moment or 2 to come out.
The people were very friendly and helpful the problem is that I came here and subjected myself to this food because I was in a hurry but after paying they told me to go park in a spot and wait for my food to be delivered out so I had to wait another few minutes I thought the whole idea of McDonald’s was in and out quick and fast the lady in front of me the lady in front of her all of us are sitting over here waiting for our food right now I don’t know if they’re doing this so their numbers look better for corporate I don’t know but this is not why I came her… And to top it all off I just found out they gave me sweet tea instead of unsweet tea and of course I’ve already left so now I’m just out of luck

Both my partner and I placed a mobile order online at this location, it was marked ready to pick up but when we got there the store had a sign posted saying closed. We did not get our food nor refunded for what we purchased. We called and the lady that was inside working said they were closed for the day and would not give us our refund.
Edit: it’s been over two weeks and I still have not been refunded for the order I did not receive. This is an issue from both the store manager telling me she is unable to do the refund and McDonald’s itself for not issuing one. People be warned if you go here, they will take your money, and McDonald’s is just okay with the fraud and theft of service 🙂

As per usual poor service. With all the negative reviews it seems the owners have no intention of overhauling training. Due diligence and quality mean nothing. Go a couple miles up the road, you have more options and priced better. Daytime female Manager or lead is absolutely rude.its called drive thru not pay & park.

Went through the drive through last week the line to order was not long. It took a little bit to pay and get my food. But when I got around the corner close to the window to pay there was a bunch of cars parked in spots waiting on their food. I was like oh no but I made it to the window to pay. Threes minutes later the girl came with my drink. Gave it to me from the pay window. Two minutes after I pulled up got my food and left. Everything was fresh even the fries. It took me a total of 12 minutes to go through the drive through from ordering and leaving.

I submitted an order on the mobile app, it was confirmed with a code. Once at the drive thru I waited for someone, while the other lane was taking orders and moving along. I had to save hello on 2 separate occasions just to get someone. That someone was rather rude when asking if a placed a mobile order, I said yes and gave her the code..she told me to go the window for my receipt. The gentleman at the 1st window was super nice. The lady at the 2nd window first gave me the wrong order..then asked if it was mobile..then another woman ( the rude one that was taking drive thru orders) came to the window and, with an attitude, said you didn’t submit your order and walked away..the other woman came back and asked what I ordered again. Then the rude woman came back and I showed her the code…and was hit with the following…”you don’t need to have an attitude” at that point I did not… I stated that she was rude from the beginning and it was uncalled for…she then proceeded to tell me I should ashamed of myself for talking that way in front of my kid…which we we both were surprised by because my granddaughter was the one who pointed out she was rude from the beginning. She then went on to tell me she could cancel my order if I continue with an attitude. At THIS point I DO have an attitude, and told her I just want my food….I was told to pull to spot 1….I sat for another 10 minutes waiting for the rude woman to bring me our food .. which she then tried to lecture me again..I told her to have a nice day and began backing out of the parking spot, she refused to move and said ” go ahead and hit me there’s a camera right there”… Wow… What a way to start the day….I certainly hope that woman didn’t try to ruin anyone else day… She should NOT be working in customer service!

Every time I order I am parked, busy or not. Frequently my order is not correct. Pretty lame they take your $ then forget you. You have a very hostile, argumentative female when you try to get your order or have it corrected. She is fond of your parking lot camera as I noticed in another review. Obviously contacting the Feedback site is useless or the reviews would be improving rather than repeating. I choose to spend my $ elsewhere just as you choose to not rectify your poor customer service.

Went in to pick up my food and was greeted by an absolutely ignorant manager. She gave me my food with one drink not having ice in it and my milkshakes had no whipped cream. She proceeded to have an ignorant comment towards us that was highly unprofessional and none of her business. We got home to find no salt on the fries and sandwiches made incorrectly. My 2 patty sandwich only had one……if I paid for a double I expect to receive what I paid for. Not only that but I was given incorrect sauces and my fry containers were not even full. I have had some bad experiences before at this place, but this time it was absolutely uncalled for and a complete disgrace to customer service and the establishment.

I really am a passive person & the last thing I wanna do is go in & complain but like I come here in a rush & I give 10 minute leeway’s for 2 McChickens and it’s (almost) always at least a 7-8 min wait, busy or not, with 2 times me heading inside because I literally cannot wait any longer.
This is not my experience at any others besides on bad rushes. When I finally get to the point where I go in & kindly ask for my refund, I really don’t need to hear “I was literally just taking it out” while giving nasty stares like sorry I burst your bubble

I’ve been to this McDonald’s several times only because there’s nothing else nearby. First, I’ll say the morning crew is great—friendly and efficient. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff is the complete opposite. This is easily the worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever visited.
The average time for a car to move in line is about four minutes, and often it’s much longer. I’ve watched employees standing around at the pay window just messing around instead of helping customers. Tonight, I was even asked if I had already paid.
I don’t place all the blame on the staff—it’s clear this is a direct reflection of poor management. Having been a successful manager for over 30 years, I can say with confidence that this location badly needs stronger leadership and better accountability.
The answer is not have everyone sit in a curbside spot to still wait for food. Wow can it get worse!!
