I stopped by this McDonald to pick up some lunch. I placed my mobile order for their 20pc chicken nuggets, large fries, large coke and a cheeseburger right when lunch started. It said that my order would be ready within like five minutes.
This McDonald is inside a big plaza so there a lot of parking but you’ll just have to walk especially since this store has their entrance on the other side away from the parking lot. This McDonald also still have the self serve soda machine. It took almost thirty minutes for my food to be ready because I had to wait for the cheeseburger. Everything else was already done so the fries got soggy and wasn’t fresh. The soda also just sat the counter.

Good price for deals and rewards. Love their sweet n sour sauce. The staff here for drive thru or curbside always smile and friendly. This location is also easy for pick up and a lot of space for parking if you wanna order inside or dine-in

I am not happy about the fact that the company still advertising the monopoly play game, but yet there were no monopoly game pieces on pretty much everything that we ordered that was supposed to have the pieces on at least 5 items. I’m done with McDonald’s there’s always something not available or they have run out of this or that. Either be prepared with all of your offers or dont advertise something u cant offer.

I normally don’t write reviews, but I have to share this. I bought fries for my son, and they were so greasy and overcooked that he ended up with a stomachache afterwards. The oil looked old the fires I think just re dipped them into the oil!!!! Very disappointed because we expected fresh, safe food. I hope management takes this seriously and improves food quality for families! Cause this just isn’t right! The food wasn’t even properly wrapped. And the nuggets were so nasty too! Please McDonald do better! Get better employees!

The management should be ashamed. The fries were practically inedible; way overcooked and still cold and soggy. Like they’d been fried too many times, and not enough each individual time. My fries box was disintegrating and stained my table, just sitting there.
In addition, the wait was excessive…I definitely don’t recommend this location.

Extremely Disappointed – Avoid Curbside!
I am incredibly disappointed with my recent experience at this McDonald’s location Mother’s day. I opted for curbside pickup, hoping for a convenient and quick meal, but it was anything but.
Firstly, despite following all app instructions for curbside pickup at the designated spot and signaling my arrival, my order was never brought out. After waiting a frustrating 15+ minutes, I had to call the restaurant myself, only to be initially told I was at the wrong location! After I confirmed I was indeed at the correct McDonald’s, they admitted their mistake.
The delays didn’t end there. I eventually had to go inside to retrieve my order. To my dismay, upon finally receiving it, the entire order was cold, and later, when I arrived home items were missing (all the hash browns).
This level of service is completely unacceptable. McDonald’s promises hot, complete, and timely orders, especially with their curbside service. My experience was a masterclass in how not to do things. Missing items, cold food, and a curbside service that required me to go inside after significant delays and confusion from the staff is simply not good enough. I have requested a full refund for this abysmal experience and sincerely hope management addresses these significant operational issues. I would strongly advise against using the curbside pickup here based on my experience.

It’s a good place for a quick bite. The service is quick and simple. The staff is friendly and helpful. The lobby is closed so you have to order at a window counter and pick up your order at the entrance.
