Our waiter, Rowan was absolutely amazing. We were in town for a funeral and he was so pleasant and did his job very well. Next time I’m in the area, I will definitely go there.

Not sure whose managing this place but they need a new one. It’s place is a joke anymore. Unfortunately I frequent here regularly with a group of people.
And we have watched it tremendously go downhill.
Every Sunday they are missing menued items. (Wonton tacos, sausage for the peniti, the list goes on)
This week no beer. (I get things happen) But it’s truly always something.
Our server was a hot mess express. Again I get that she’s human and server’s have bad days. But get it together or give up your tables until you get it together. She’s very unprofessional. 3 table section and every one of us were disappointed where we began talking amongst the three tables about it. How downright rude she was. And how disappointed the whole experience was.
Out of five meals two of them were messed up and one never came. (And one had to be reordered because they were out of the original meal)
The server was uneducated on their new monthly drink menu. So was unable to get the beverage I chose.(Because my first drink I ordered they were out of. So I didn’t have a menu to refer to) Like I said places are hot mess
Oh and let’s not forget it’s freaking freezing in that place.

Everything was great the only thing that irked me was I ordered the riblets and there’s only barbecue sauce on one side of the ribs,which was odd to me because the last time I ordered them it had sauce on both sides. Idk maybe the cook was too lazy to flip them and put sauce on the other side? I’ve literally never seen ribs with sauce on one side. Cole slaw was bland. Other than that it was great

I went today and our waiter was talking to a group of people near us about how he got a new job and can’t wait to leave then proceeded to only give attention to that table. One lady had to stand up and ask for her check and once they left he grabbed the check and took it to the group of friends and talked about how you can always tell when a table won’t tip and then said “like that table right there..” then tilted his head towards us. He also asked why they were there because the food wasn’t good.

I enjoyed the food, and the service was decent. The only downside was how cold it was where we were seated. It genuinely felt like we were outside, and we had to keep our coats on the entire time. If I were to come back I would definitely ask to be seated elsewhere.

So I wasn’t feeling all that great today because I had to stop and pick up my puppy dogs ashes on my way home and thought that I would give myself a break and order Applebee’s for dinner because I’ve always liked their three cheese chicken penne pasta and so I ordered it and I brought it home and I had a few things that I had to do before I could get to it so finally I could throw it in the microwave I only needed to put it in there for a minute it’s pasta you know it gets warmed up pretty quickly on such a big microwave and I pulled it out took the lid off and started to stir and I got to thinking I thought this was supposed to be penne pasta because it looks an awful lot like fettuccine so I continued to stir I moved the chicken around and then I saw it a couple pieces that did look like penne pasta and I noticed that depending pasta was falling apart every time I brushed it with my fork. This is so unbelievably overcooked that it’s literally turning to mush and that’s just disgusting and nobody wants to eat mushy overcooked unbelievably overcooked pasta I just don’t have the strength or the mental capacity to take it up there and give it to him and tell him they can keep it So might be left overs for me tonight!!!

My server was awesome. I was in the middle of working at Lost Lands and came for my birthday lunch before shift and he really did a great job despite that he had quite a few tables to take care of. He also gave me a free sweet treat to go since it was my bday.

Today I placed a curbside pickup order. I tipped for the service. After waiting 15 min I called the restaurant twice with no answer. So I went inside to get my order. The person at the register says to another employee yes her order is ready its on the middle shelf. My receipt had my vehicle info on it and someone checked it with a pink marker but did not bring it out to me. Then I get home to find my order was wrong and cold. I tried to call again but no answer for the manager.
Last week I experience the same issue with not bringing out the order for curbside pickup. Very disappointed and paid for a tip and food that was not correct and cold.
